Why else are these so many anti PS3 articles appearing on this site.
If the people who have something against Sony thought the PS3 was out of the race, you wouldn't be seeing so many of the things.
Yes, Sony would miss out on a lot of income from their new format along with all the other partner companies that own BlueRay.
But what about the PS3?
First the PS3 is a games console and most people who buy it are for games. This would not change that, plus if the movie industry stopped making films on BlueRay, it would not stop games being produced on this format. Why would they go back to DVD?

Do you think that all the people playing COD4 on Live & on PSN would out number the people playing Halo3.
I don't have numbers, but I just thought I'd throw that out there.
Easy.....marketing.
Don't get me wrong, Halo is a good game. You can do all the advertising in the world but if the game is no good then it won't draw the crowds.
But there are dozens of games that are just as good but don't sell the same numbers. The simple reason for this is the Halo is the flagship game for the Xbox and as such MS are going to get behind it and use all their advertising power to get the game out there.

Fact is Nintendo don't need a price drop.
They have enough of name for them selves to keep the ball rolling in the casual market that even is the other consoles matched the price, the Wii would still keep selling.

It would have better graphics on the PC if your willing to fork out extra $$$ for the graphics cards.
Every time I'd get the latest game on my PC, I could never get my PC to handle the highest specs to run the best graphic settings.
At lest I know that with Killzone 2 what I see is what I'm going to get.
Of course I'll still get games like Starcraft 2 and Diablo 3.

I would sell my 360, but the price keeps falling and I wouldn't get anything for it. Only really played 2 games on it...Bioshock and Mass effect.

I find it funny that he has to list just halo stuff for the 360 and can only make space by not listing PS3 games.
But really this is a standard list from someone who does not know what their talking about and have just listed the first names he found by running a google search.
It does seem to be a very hard game to get hold of, which is a real shame considering its such a great game.

To me its all about how good the game play is along with the graphics.
I haven't had my hands on it yet, but I'm looking forward to this one.
And the fact that everyone has to argue about if it is better than the original render goes to show that they have gotten it close enough that it really does not matter.

No, they just openly go out and attack the PS3 like you do every chance you get.
Both are great games and when different companies are forced to keep upping their game then we are the winners.

The games came out and they were good.
Some were everything that we hoped for like MGS4 and LBP, and others fell short.
But thats the truth for all consoles.
The missed trick here was getting the word out to the non hard core gamers.
Yeah, and considering most people were bored with GTA4 before they got to the end of it.
That was $50m well spent.
