"If you’re unhappy with the wording in the article / headline you can provide feedback here:"
Am I not allowed to participate in a conversation about the wording that you yourself engaged in before I entered the conversation, or is it okay for thee but not for me?
"And I’ve submitted hundreds of stories - not my fault you don’t agree with this one."
I never said it was your fault. Where are you getting this?
You decided to jump into the conversation multiple times defending the article and articles you didn't write against observations that they are framed to reflect negatively on PS+. I presented you with a body of evidence known to you to support the counterargument, and I didn't leave anythin...
"@Rau Sounds like you should take that up with the website / author.
"I do not write any of these articles nor headlines."
You didn't write this article or headline either, but that didn't stop you from replying to to Everton with another article you didn't write. (Edit: It also didn't stop you from replying to mkis007 with a defense of the article you didn't write.) You could have taken the same position you're taki...
To Everton's point, you have to acknowledge there's a noticeable difference in the framing of the information. "Some PS Plus games already have an expiration date" vs. "Here Are The Games Leaving Xbox Game Pass by End of June 2022."
Look at some articles I know you've seen because you submitted them and ask yourself if Everton has a point about media coverage of PS+ and how this article frames games leaving the service:
P...

"considering that there is still a side that's divided by how Part 2 ended, do you think it would have made a wise business sense for ND to spent the resources/time to spit out Part 3 next?"
I've spent way more time crunching numbers on TLOU2 to debunk baseless claims about its reception than haters have spent making up baseless claims to put a negative spin on its reception. The Metacritic user review score is the one many of t...
"I thought companies only care about making money."
That's your brain telling you why corporations aren't "woke" or deserving of the label for simple gestures that pale in comparison to their primary function.
Like free DLC.
@Spartacus10
The obvious question for your argument is why is Sony opposed to doing it if they wouldn't lose any money? Why is Nintendo sticking with their model if the Xbox model wouldn't lose them money? You do realize that the only home console makers to win a generation since the 3rd gen began in 1983 are Nintendo and Playstation? Do you think it's possible they have a better understanding of how to succeed in that space than the console maker who has yet to...

"Gamepass has more quality games as well. Like MLB The Show"
Let me again point out that my comment was restricted to Jin only attributing real value to Day 1 first party releases, so I don't know why you replied to me with that and mentioned The Show of all games. Actually, I do, but I can't name a thing, so let me lay out some facts instead.
Results of a Google search of this website for your name and The Sho...
@Obscure
"Gamepass has all of the factors you´d pointed out + day one releases for first/third party games + EA Access + reward points + cloud gaming + PC Gamepass and more."
Enough with the advertisements disguised as responses. The only one of those things you mentioned that pertain to Jin's comment and my response is the day one first party releases.
My issue was with the comment only attributing "real value&...
The funny thing is Nintendo actually did address questions about Game Pass during an interview in 2020. Their position was much the same as Sony's if less direct than Sony's more recent comments on Day 1 releases.
"The way I look at it is, we want to offer consumers choices on Nintendo Switch, and obviously, the ability to buy the games and play the games that they choose to play. The fact that we have well over an 8.0 attach rate to every Switch unit that’s b...
Your Game Pass hot takes have been something else. Your comment doesn't take into account quality, frequency, or any other factor in determining value. All you care about is "day 1 first party releases." It's like you care more about the idea of day 1 games than the reality.
@JeffGUNZ
Fair enough, but Philly did say, "If people really want a spaceship sim, E:D is there for you." Intentional or not, it's a strawman argument that dismisses criticism by jumping to the extreme example of a space sim, as if the crux of the criticism is that Starfield isn't a sim.
@Philly
"If E:D isnt a spaceship sim, i’m not sure what the qualifications are tbh. But you know people will argue literally anything on here."
You're the one who brought ED into it. I'm not arguing whether ED is a sim. I'm saying people could rightly disagree with your implication that Starfield would have been if it allowed seamless flight from space to planet.
I do agree with your attitude toward down votes. It...
@JeffGUNZ
"That's not an accurate comparison."
You missed the point of the comparison.
You seem confused about why anyone would disagree with Philly's comment. Philly implied inclusion of the omitted feature would make it a sim. It would not. That was the point of the comparison. However Todd treats space is irrelevant to the validity of the comparison.
Flying seamlessly from space to planets does not make a game a sim any more than driving seamlessly around San Andreas makes GTA a driving sim.
1) Protection against price increases. Unless buying a ridiculous number of years, do you think it's more likely PSN won't exist or that the price of PSN will increase?
2) It's even better when you can stack at a discount. There's the obvious benefit of getting the subscribed years at a discounted rate, but another benefit is having years to find another discount as opposed to being pressured to re-up at full price because your sub is about to expire.
Probably because it's not mainline and less popular than 4, but they might plan to do it at some point.
"Yeah, but nothing jaw-dropping or on the level of UE5 graphics like that Matrix demo."
You should have said that instead of claiming there was a lack of current gen only games, but one of those statements is clearly your opinion whereas the one you went with was something you could try to pass off as fact.
"When I see a girl in a bikini I don't think prostitute."
It's ridiculous that this is the minority position among replies to that comment.
