They've clearly setup a solid framework for indies to build upon. Right now they need to encouragement as much Wii U development as possible while releasing more first party stuff for the system. And market the dang thing better.
^This. Better marketing would be a huge plus. Nintendo is just not advertising Wii U properly.
I don't see why you would laugh. It's literally a set of numbers. :/
Gotta disagree. I think any console can make a comeback. Wii U can comeback if Nintendo gets their act together.
I think the heists are a bigger deal.
No, absolutely not for physical games. For digital only service like Steam, not bad at all.
No game can win a console war on its own. It would take a lot of work on Microsoft's part to achieve a feat like that.
Bust out a bunch of unused beloved franchises and show a bunch of fun gameplay for all of them and offer a Bayonetta 1 promotion for Bayonetta 2. That's just a couple of things that would help steal the show. Give everyone Metroid, F-Zero and Star Fox!
Hey, hey, hey, some of us yanks LOVE Vita. D:<
Sigh. Nintendo can do better. Mario Kart 8 will generate an increase for sure.
I was expecting this to be another silly article, but unfortunately the author is right. Nintendo should introduce cross-buy and not force people who own both systems and have them linked to pay full price for the same game twice over (or discounted if they had the Wii version).
Well then Nintendo should take the bear trap off its leg and help it out!
Genius idea. Sony should try it with PS4! It'll earn them even more millions!
Oh of course. The dozens upon dozens of games the Wii U has gotten since launch or completely nonexistent. NO games whatsoever! *coughMarioKartandindiescough*
^This. Both games are great, but they're in totally genres. They're not comparable at all.
Haha high five! For the west, that's a Vita exclusive. :)
A viable question, but amazingness takes patience.
Getting into online games is actually about as easy as it is on other consoles from what I've seen, it's just that it lacks party chat and a game invitation feature. :/
@below
Very true, I completely agree, but omitting online multiplayer is not the same as not having a good infrastructure. Black Ops 2 and ACIII doesn't take too much time from what my friend showed me. Can't say anything about Sonic Racing though.
I disagree. Omitting a feature like that is the least of Wii U's worries. They need to get practical things like party chat, cross-buy, and a marketing team that isn't a batch of monkeys.
Aww, I'll get the entire collection when it's on sale. I loved these games when I was younger. Such cute point and click adventures. I remember Pajama Sam being my favorite. :)
