Advertisement is definitely the biggest offender. Wii U ads are not as prevalent as the Wii's iconic ads. Some more excitement and hype for their games is also in order.
I'm honestly ashamed that people actually want failure in this industry, particularly from a company as legendary and as consumer friendly as Nintendo. Such a shame. :(

You're asking Nintendo to lose $150 for every Wii U sold to satisfy your needs? Why don't you just ask Sony to give away the PS4 for free? :/
It seems very hit or miss. But either way, it jacks up the price tag of the console to a far less valuable degree. I think a lot of people would be happier getting it for $400 or less without Kinect.
I don't think Microsoft Game Studios has ever done a standalone game either. I'm pretty sure they've just done grunt work for other studios and their games.
Sad that an article like this won't get much exposure. This whole "Wii U has no games" thing is pretty old.
Gotta give Ubisoft credit, they definitely produce a ton of content each year. Now about releasing Beyond Good & Evil 2...

That's a fair point, Mario Kart is part of what saved the 3DS after all. I guess we'll see how the sales figures go. Either way, I'd like to see Wii U do better and help provide more competition.
Cloud has yet to be really utilized in any sort of big way. We'll have to wait and see if it goes anywhere.

That'd be wonderful magic if they can make it happen. I think that all three will have better looking games by the end of the generation.

Honestly, I think it may have been a publicity stunt. I doubt there really is any bad blood between Page and Sony.

I would have been happier for this including Heavy Rain remastered as well, but I'll take what I can get. I never played Beyond. Feel I should though.
Out of curiosity, do you not think Smash Bros. will make an impact? That game in particular is Nintendo's biggest venue as far as the hardcore scene goes.
