This is a great idea. Maybe they could show Xbox One enhanced games until the event. Show SoT next, then MCC, Forza Horizon 4, Killer Instinct, etc. It probably won't happen, but it would be a nice build up until the XBox showcase.
I know what happened to Creative Assembly. Relic is more than just the old comprised team, and the studio has been around since the 90's. It still doesn't change that MS focus since the 360 was console gaming, up until the last 3 years or so. It's the reason their hasn't been a proper AoE games since 2005.
Because their focus was on console gaming, and now it's on both. It also why Age of Empires is coming back.
You underestimate how popular flight sim games are on PC. It's been about 14 years since the last MS flight sim game released. People are hungry for this new one.
No problem, Smart Delivery works with digital games too. I mean sure, it takes away sales they would get normally, but doing consumer friendly practices like this helps with the long term of keeping gamers in the ecosystem. You gotta remember how terrible this gen started for Xbox. They want to produce as much goodwill as possible going into next gen.

It's not a one time use. If someone owns a copy of Watch Dogs Legion, they can switch between Xbox one and XSX when ever they feel like. It's not any different than playing the Xbox one S version and switching to Xbox one X version of a game if you have both system of course.

Yeah no sorry, xbox fans really have no issues with the UE5 demo or what epic said. Xbox fans only say anything when Sony fans claim everything done in the tech demo is only possible on ps5. Which I've seen numerous times on here.
I don't think anyone is feeling destroyed by a 3rd party engine tech demo that Xbox's own 1st party studios will utilize.
Xcloud will be included with gamepass ultimate with no additional cost. The value proposition for Ultimate continues to get better.
