My problem with raising the price on games, how will this will effect microtractions. Will they get rid of microtractions all together or drastically reduce them? I doubt it. They will probably stay the same. These companies make so much from microtractions, delux versions, gold version, etc., which easily makes them more money than selling a base version for $70. There needs to be a trade off if this becomes the norm, or else people are not going to be on onboard.
@rude, Are you talking about the launch Xbox one? You know they stopped manufacture those consoles after the Xbox One S version came out? They advertise the X1S all the time.
Not sure what you're talking about in your second sentence. Are you referring to Halo? Please explain.
And then Xbox will have X020. Both of these consoles have games to show off. I believe, no matter what console you choose, there won't be a bad choice.
You got anything to back this claim up or just your authoritative opinion? I don't think you are the one who understands. They need high quality exclusives if they want Gamepass to thrive and grow. They know this, it's one of the reasons they have 9 new 1st party developers and they continue to grow these studios. It's the reason Halo Infinite and been in development for 5 years, and have given other studios more time. So far their is way more evidence to support what I'm sayi...
So you know everything Xbox has cooking for next gen? It's going to be fun see the inevitable downplay from Sony fanboys once Xbox has their event this month.
Being able to play a handful of launch day games with gamepass is something I've been hyped about for awhile.
There is a good chance these codenames aren't for anything that exciting. Keep expectations in check.
Let me guess, articles praising the XSX, paid off. Articles praising PS5, genuine and honest.
I dont think many people are paying for gamepass to only play nba2k. Btw it's been on gamepass since early March so a decent amount of time before the next game releases.
Didn't Fable, KoTor, Mass Effect and other RPG sell great on the Xbox platform. What about Fallout, witcher, Elder scrolls? Xbox owners love RPGs. Stop generalizing all Xbox fans. I could say majority of Sony fans play CoD and Fortnite, but does you do or every Sony fan? Nah
You probably think your opinion is greater than others, but not every feels the same way you do. Deal with it.
Fortunately my enjoyment isn't dictated by how well a console sells.
With playground, Obsidian, InXile, and Undead Labs, Xbox is going to be the console to own next gen for RPGs.
To anyone who plays/or has played Fallout 76, is it in a good state to play now?
Really great game!
They call it Summer spotlight instead I think
A new Conker and Fuzion Frenzy would be great!
You mean like Deep Down and Agent?
I expect Xbox to show a good chunk of games they are working on, but don't expect to hear about everything at once. There is still X020 this year. Matt said they have a lot of games in the pipeline and want to spread out announcements at different events.
Why is an article about being a top-seller on Steam okay to post, but not one about concurrent players for a game?
