"real time" is a very broad term. It's still just a cinematic, running at 24fps. Let's see what actual gameplay running at 30fps with enemy AI looks like. I still say the Unreal 5 demo was more impressive simply because that was a real time demo that was actually being played.

I explained my issue with Luigi's Mansion 3 in my previous post. Its colorful and pretty to look at, but from a design and mechanic perspective its not that different from the other ones. It's because not since the release of Super Smash Bros Ultimate has Nintendo released anything that remotely resembles a big budget AAA game with high production value. Looks interesting but I will temper my expectations. Remember these guys last made Blair Witch. That didn't exactly light the woods on fire, critically or commercially. A more powerful console isn't suddenly going to make them better developers.
