I'd like a stealth game with lots of RPG elements playing as Thane in an open world (galaxy in this case).
I hope it turns out to be really good regardless but I don't see them setting it after the events of ME3 though that would be interesting.
Titanfall is basically CoD with mechs and jet packs. The gameplay itself doesn't look much different. It still has maps with a fairly limited size but with verticality adding some needed depth to combat.
It does look pretty fun but it does seem like it's being blown up more than it should be.
I'm going to need to play it for myself to see if it's really worth the hype it's getting.
I had a feeling it wouldn't be as good as the OLED. Since I don't have one yet I think I'll buy the original model instead of the new.
I'm not sure if I want it over here as they've replaced the lovely OLED with an LCD. Anyone know if this has affected the image quality?
Even though I was disappointed the game didn't have the same freedom previous games had or the ability to choose and purchase weapons before hand. It seems to have lost of of that Hitman identity it once had but was very enjoyable and even though my save file got corrupted it didn't feel like a chore to play through it again. It was the second time my file got corrupted that I gave up on it.

Not this silly Gadget Show. These idiots had a total Xbox fanboy to do a section on the PS3's YLOD making it look worse than it was. They even mentioned in the show that he was an Xbox fanboy.
The presenters of this show really don't seem to be very tech savvy to me either though it's a show aimed at the average Joe consumer.
I agree. A continuation would have been much better. I hate all the dumbing down in games just to make it easier for the masses.
Another thing that I really don't like is the silly hands the are always present when sneaking around. They're simply in the way and too distracting. Having nothing in the way helps to keep your head in the game world.
Yep. Was better on first Xbox but I don't remember that being the first game in the franchise and yes the recent one was console exclusive on 360.
Not sure why that statement was made but still, this looks like a good game though the easy mode abilities they add to it do kind of annoy me. A lot of stealth games seem to be giving you ways to easily take out multiple enemies in one go these days.
I'm one of those who preferred NV to F3. For some reason I couldn't get into F3.

Personally I think he has a point. The only thing people talk about when it comes to this game is the graphics. While I understand that's the main thing people get excited over when getting a new console I think game purchases need to be about more than simply graphi...
To be honest I'd prefer them to lower their prices. Cards these days seem to cost way too much.
I really don't think it'd be difficult to port this game to use normal servers instead of MS's fancy cloud ones which really don't seem that fancy at all.
I'm looking for a good FPS to buy next gen but this game not having a campaign is a bit of a deal breaker for me.

The game seems like it's still got the CoD formula but with Mechs and some verticality. Everything I've read or heard from the gaming media sounds overhyped.
I am looking forward to playing the game though but I really don't see it being ground-breaking.
Killzone has weightiness now? I thought they got rid of that after KZ2.
Personally I'd love for a multiplayer mode that plays like KZ2 did. That multiplayer was awesome but too many CoD fans complained about it since they couldn't adapt. I couldn't get into KZ3 multiplayer since it lost the unique feel the second game had.
I'm not so sure about that. CoD does a lot of hand-holding and does a fair bit of work for the player. Aim assist seems more generous than in other games which puts me off playing it on console. The aim of CoD is to make it as pleasing to play for as many people as possible by constantly rewarding you for every little thing.

Red Alert was just amazing back in the day. I wish I still had my original cases.
The scale of Killzone's MP is far cry from that of BF4. It'll still look great just not as crisp as on PC.
Maybe they're changing to linear since they're not keen on the inevitable comparisons to The Witcher 3 which is open world.
edit: just remembered the two games will be on different gen hardware so those comparisons would be a bit silly.

Imagine sharing physical discs. If the owner wants to play it then obviously he'd need to take it from you in order to play it so this makes sense.
Allowing more than one person to play the same game at the same time would be like selling multiple copies of it for the price of one. People would simply game share everything and sales would drop.
