" Also, how many ps3 games are their that use anywhere near 50GBs of data?"
How many 360 games needed more than 1 disc?
I can use your own "tactics" against you, you know.
When the hell did matchmaking embrace PC gaming? If it did, then people would be able to run their own servers, and choose who they want to play with.
When did achievements represent PC gaming?
They try in SOME ways to imitate PC gaming, but at the same time, when you look at it, especially from a tech stance, it's a step back.
"Na im not a David O. Russell fanboy, but as a gamer you should just be happy a director of his caliber is making a video game movie."
Should be? No one really asked for this tbh. That's what gets me about some people. They think that a movie HAS to be made on a video game. Video games have surpassed movies in terms of entertainment profit. There's quite a few people out there that are fine watching cutscenes along with actually playing the game.

"Still, the company is banning people (if only temporarily) and thats never a bad thing. Give them a little credit."
Banning is simple. Anyone with admin abilities on any game can do it. =|
I would honestly recommend it as a platformer game. It doesn't seem like it starts off that great, but when you get into the game, you start to realize how well of a level development is put together, combined with the many different characters you can use, the varying difficulty, and funny little cutscenes.
You do realize that you kinda shot yourself in the foot for that statement. Apparently PC users aren't considered of when talked about exclusivity. Not to mention there's an article just below this one that showed the Steam version outselling the XBLA version.
It's weird considering that apparently people can't lie from either side anymore.
@Graey
Nice transition into LoD. XD
So? What's special about these news stories? I mean she and Oprah gives away things like nearly 24/7 on their shows. :p
After being in all the betas that happened with Rift, they aren't far off about it being like WoW. It being EXACTLY like WoW is kinda inaccurate. It's more of a combination of WoW's PvE, EQ's crafting, Warhammer's method of Public Quests, and for PvP i can't think of anything off the top of my head atm, because you have a base style class, but you can mix and match which sub-classes you want.
Honestly it has it's own unique feel to it while having ...
@Eamon
Speaking of disguising agendas...you aren't doing a very good job on yours.
"Maybe I'm just weird, but it was the entire family's struggle that was emotional imo. Not just the girl's death."
No you're not weird. You're right actually. If you watch the video in reverse it's pretty obvious to see that too. Honestly I'm tired of the "shielding" that our media does so hypocritically. Apparently children are immune to catastrophic events. If it's an adult, it's fine, but if a kid is affected, suddenl...
Yea the main one I didn't agree with is #3. All the other parts though they are true to an extent.
And yea I also agree that this article was more about the negativity happening TO PC gaming, but some go across on all methods when you think about it.
You ever heard about joking around?
Who the hell leaves $74,000 worth of laying around?
I swear people that go to these lengths to get this money aren't playing smart, just taking the advantage within greed. =\
Yea Dead Fontier is actually addicting. Sadly though at the same time, they kinda gouge you out late game.
It's kinda interesting to see other people use the tech in more ways than the games that have been released out so far by devs.
I don't want to derail this topic on hand, but has anyone else noticed how the "bad" hacker articles get way more comments on and defense for them, than the ACTUAL USEFUL hacker articles?
" Give them a way to tell Sony about the vulnerabilities, allow Sony to patch it up and then give the hacker credit for their work. "
Does it make sense to you for them to do that. Say the government allowed a public tour of Fort Knox an example is a robber that broke into Fort Knox and then revealing the details to the public on the tools he used, and how to do it. Now they should give the robbers credit for hacking into there after doing public damage?
He might as well have rolled the ~$60 and smoked it, if it really happened. :p
You forgot your sarcasm tag.
It is smart marketing for the price drop at that time.
