Yea, that's what confuses me on this suit. I don't like the company either, but I'm questioning what grounds this holds onto.
This sueing is funny, mainly because I work at a Gamestop, and the info is most of the time incorrect with people when they trade/return things to begin with, so this is a surprise :p

In comparison to all other FF games, FF13 was definitely a step back in content. The main kicker that people somewhat liked about it was the battle system.

That's the problem. There's already 45 games from a combination of games released, or in development, yet we're seeing more wowing stuff from the normal/casual programmers, than the ones that are professionals.
