No, they don't. Only EA has said that. Other devs have all praised the hardware.
You also can't play flash games on the 360, PS3, 3DS, iPhone, iPad, iPod and (most) Android phones. Strangely, the Wii had an extremely primitive flash player. The point is, flash is a dying breed, and a resource hog. Out off all the popular browser plugins flash crashes the most. That is why most websites are moving to HTML5, even games are being made using HTML.

Most zombie games these days are just horde sections. You should feel lucky that this game has other parts to it.
What does the Wii U have to do with Sony's terrible execution of the Vita?
I bought a Vita at launch and have been very frustrated with how Sony has treated the console and those of us that own it. They have acted as if they could care less about either.
Why people who say they care about Sony want to ignore its many problems and pretend they do no wrong is beyond me.

The Wii U did have a crashing problem when it first launched, but OS updates fixed all the problems it had. Make sure your OS is up to date, if it is then you might have a defective console.
Nintendo was also in a nose dive when Iwata took over. He took over in the GameCube days, then made the Wii, the DS, and the 3DS, some of the highest selling consoles in history (with DS being the highest).
Ok, PS3 is doing fine. Maybe it'll make back the millions it lost when it first came out?
Also, did you hear the news? Sony had a 1.1 billion US dollar loss. That's four times what Nintendo had. It's okay if you didn't hear the news, it was taken down by the N4G mods after getting approved (and reported a bunch of times). Also, Sony recently cut their PC business, and their TV business is next. Sony is in bad shape.

Playstation isn't doing fine. PS4 is doing fine, VITA may as well be dead.

The OS is certainly faster than any of the last gen consoles, I don't know about the PS4 and XBO, though. Haven't got them yet.

Also, one of the two things you're multitasking on the XBO will have to have a smaller screen anyway, and the TV is further away, so it the smaller of the two you're multitasking would end up being smaller than 6" relative to the distance you are from your TV.
Focusing on both is a non-issue, same as focusing on both on the XBO isn't a problem.
