Imagining canoe gunplay. Swamp horse battles. Tying someone up and throwing them overboard. NATIVE AMERICANS
I never played the first one, but if TF1 was any faster than TF2, how in the blue blazes were any of you actually acurate?
Tussin, you missed the point here. The problem is that people like myself who have enjoyed the battlefield games for years need to pay double for the "full experience" now.
We like the game and that's why we're pissed. They advertise the full experience at $100+, which means they are literally selling an incomplete game at $60.
@EDMIX
Yes, i am ignoring the RUMOURS the same way I ignored an article that can't even be read without a sign-in. There isn't any new source on these speculations. All are from the same "leak" from weeks ago. Rumours don't equate to facts.
"Cartridges are the norm in handheld gaming"
This is true, but it doesn't mean anything here since we have no real info on the NX, which I made sure to point out w...
(The nature of rumours)
Nintendo usually sticks to cost-efficiency. I doubt the using of cartridges is comparable enough to the cost of using discs.
Although, if cartridges became the norm in gaming, it would be better for everyone, I think. I have no real expertise in this matter and am just an experienced consumer.
You meant 2 years. I suppose your point still stands, though.
This needs more attention.
that little blue strip of light would be hardly noticible underneath(surrounded) by such a deep red/maroon. The gold is there to make every color on the console pop, including the blue.
Color theory stuff
I've had terrible luck with Fallout 3/NV for the PS3 as far as bugs and glitches go that make the game unplayable. Couldn't get further than 20 minutes into New Vegas without the game freezing. This is a very common issue. You should look into before buying it.
1. Nintendo made the wiiU free for indie devs to work on. That's absolutely huge. The amount of indie teams making games for wiiU right is in the 100s.
2. NNintendo teams are masters of overcoming limitations by actually thinking outside the box.
This is a terrible effort for cherry-picking. You literally said that nintendo is NOT doing what they actually ARE doing.
I do insist you research both sides of your argument. Before respondi...
An inarguable statement. But someone is going to somehow disagree
Teleporters are easy to combat. The old games had dial-a-combos, not free-form combos. The old games had air juggling too, just not as much.
And now that I think about it, MK1-4 were all vastly different. There hasnt been much consistency in the series' mechanics. So, to say it needs to be like the old games, means you basically want a combination of all the old games. Which is what MK9 is.
MK9 Jax is a tournament-level monster. So many low to high to overhead-hit variations, combined with his grapple moves, added to his unblockables, making him one of the most used characters for tournament/hardcore kombatsmanship.
Jax won't be cut from MK's roster. Ever. He's OG.
Also, its awesome kicking people's keisters with a dude wearing purple pants.
Due to the pro controller, it'll feel like home on the wiiU, as opposed to the completely different feel it will have for the 3ds. I think that and the graphics difference will keep the wiiU sales rolling.
You hilariously negated everything you've said in that post in the final 5 words.
Country 3 was awesome. Baby kong could bounce on water like a jesus ape. and you could also choose between multiple worlds at a certain point. Not just an A-B-C formula, but an A-C-B-E-D if that's how you wanted
@Fox
It's the same engine. So, yes, it'll look very similar. You also took an up-rezzed photo of the wii version and compared it to a poor screenshot of the wiiU version.
@retro
The first one didn't have underwater levels. The first one only had donkey and diddy. Those two things, alone, are an obvious sign that this one will plenty of new things to show.
We've also only seen the first few levels
Unfortunately, praising the ps4 for being better than xbone/wiiU is what's popular and gets the most hits. once people get bored with the same, old, redundant, polygon count debates, we can get back to actual NEWS 4 GAMERS.
Massively complex strategy games have a lot more that's likely to go wrong than a single-player atmosphere-focused game.
As long as I can charge it with a standard phone charger, battery life won't matter much. Just have to remember the charger
