He didn't say it would release this year. If he would've structured his comment better, then you wouldn't have made such a poorly thought out and childish response.
@InTheZoneAC
Is that a real question or am i supposed to infer what you actually mean?
Couldn't people just delete games they aren't playing anymore?
should have = should've
As in:
You should've known that before telling someone to proofread.
The first was mostly turn-based. Like a hybrid. It also had the awesome pokemon-style collecting mechanic, which tied into the combat. It was clunky at times, but by no means broken. And being able to directly control each and every one, is what made it so fun.
Looks like NNK2 has totally changed the familiar approach. They seem more like a flashy passive skill than they do companions. Reaalllly hoping that there is some serious variety in them throughout the game. They bet...
Yep. Last gen, especially in the first half, nearly every multiplat on 360 outperformed the PS3 version. That is a hard fact. PS3 also didn't have party chat which hurt multiplat sales. Pretty much the only games that performed better on PS3 were actually developed on it. All because the architecture was difficult to work with, even when it came to "simple" ports.
Too bad MS didn't foresee Sony totally flipping the script. XBOX has been on damage control ...
They wouldn't couple the games together anyway. The dev captain already said that NNK2 is a parallel world with NNK1. He doesn't want people to feel obligated to play them in sequence. Probably because of the fact that NNK2 totally drops the familiar mechanic.
Familiars were my favorite part of the game. It was like pokemon. You could catch them and train/level them up in 3 stages, even making the final evolution a choice between two different final forms.
@nadz149
Man, you're not keen for discussion, are you? You ignored my entire reply and went for my *prefaced, personal opinion. I addressed your statement and added to it, but you're too defensive to notice.
You made a short-sighted assumption about future reviews and ratings for NNK2. You said that reviewers would "downplay" this game because of the graphics, while they praise BoTW. You then went on to say that BoTW stands no graphical...
BotW looks beautiful. You can disagree all you want but it sports a UNIQUE look. So does Ni No Kuni.
I doubt any reviewer will downplay the graphics. They definitely won't immediately compare it to BoTW (not sure why you felt the need to). The graphic style was a major selling point with Ni no Kuni and it will be no different for NNK2.
The gripe will be the fact that there doesn't seem to be anymore pokemon-style familiar catching. I'm sure t...
SoulsBorne has better enemy diversity. That's a big thing for me. All reviews that I've seen mention NiOh's lack of enemy variety.
Ashen looks amazing. Love the art style. Trailer makes it seem coop-heavy. And that spider's venom sacks popping could be an interesting mechanic.
Horizon was announced at e3 2015.
The point still stands: good things take time. No need to use fake numbers though.
I'm playing through it for the first time and the graphics are great. I see no need for a remaster
True! I wasn't trying to dispute the accuracy of Mario game dinosaurs though (i guess i made it seem that way). I just love dromaeosaurs!
The T-Rex also seems like a reference to the Mario Bros movie with the realistic raptor as Yoshi.
Mario gets to possess a full-fledged Tyrannosaurus Rex (wish it had some feathers..). That's nearly the coolest thing ever.

Their "Master Plan" is to figure out different ways to market their games. They used the Sony exclusive, MLB The Show, as their example: instead of marketing it as a game, they marketed The Show as the ultimate MLB experience and it apparently worked, since the latest iteration has sold more than any previous entry.
Wouldn't go as far as OP did with saying its a master plan. A master plan would be something like "We decided that the best way to build on t...
A video game with super stretchy arms using motion controls doesn't feel like fighting in real life. Interesting.
The Destiny community on reddit is legit. They adore the game, but are critical.
The devs for Destiny work (directly?) with the subreddit and have actually fixed stuff based on the subreddit's wants and suggestions.
for anyone interested, google r/destinythegame or just use reddit (you should be using reddit anyway)
Great question. Too bad they didn't mention the subscription price before the second paragraph in the post. Otherwise, i may have had to read 5 entire sentences.
No, it's not your fault that you lack basic comprehension skills. It's also not your fault that you're an asshole. We can blame those things on your dickhead parents, so you're excused.
His Pokemon RPG statement was a separate, But related point. He is already impressed with the first year line-up. He then goes on to say that when PKMN Switch comes out, that he will be too occupied with it and so he might as well sell his PRO.
And start m...
