He said the missions were good, but he was disappointed that the new strikes are just alt versions of the story missions. There's no contradiction there.

The PS3 still launched an entire year after the 360. Most would call that late. Nearly every multiplat game looked and performed better on 360 (not counting games like bioshock or mass effect), since the PS3 had such complicated architecture. PS3 never had party chat, which made the 360 more appealing to multiplayer.
I grew up with Nintendo and sony. Only Xbox I ever owned was 360 (second gen, since it was HDMI equipped) . I got my ps3 much later ...

They'll release them down the road. They need to withhold content so that when active users drop, they release a new game mode. Keeps people on their good side. I'd bet my PS4 that they release a standard 6v6 mode before the end of its first year.
Nintendo already made their money when they originally shipped the units. What would be nice is if Nintendo gave us a definite answer about when or whether not there will be more shipped and manufactured in the future.

What do you mean by PS4P winning content-wise? Also, the 360 version of RDR looked and played better than the PS3 version. The 360 version had less pop-in, more foliage, better draw distance, more stable frame rates, and a higher resolution. That's why there was exclusive bonus content on the PS3 version- to offset any criticism in the technical department, and that extra content did nothing to add to the game.
I doubt that will be the case...
It looks different than nearly every other game on the platform. Of course it'll get attention. It's nice to have games that don't revolve around guns, cars, or swords.

I've always imagined it as a Running Man (Arnold Schwartzaneger movie) scenario. they fight because they can no longer be employed. This "game" we play is how these "heroes" get to keep on living.
Maybe they're finally implementing a new engine. The animations, graphics, and controls are legit PS2-era. I still enjoyed the first season though.
Yep. The beta was a mess for me. 4v4 at 30fps without any considerable graphical improvements.
We had 6v6 in D1 and it launched on ps360. EVERYONE expected a huge improvement with the D2 Beta, since it was only launched on the current gen consoles, meaning it should've had more graphical or computational prowess - like better AI/environmental interaction.
And with no way to unlock those sweet dance emotes through real true gameplay, fuck the bungie ...
