It looks like is Xbox 360 exclusive for now. Hi-Rez is a small independent developer that hasn't done a console game before so they're probably not equipped to handle the PS3 yet.
When they made the 7 million or whatever announcement at the end of last year they explained that they only track sold to retail (aka shipped). Only 3rd party agencies like NPD track sold to consumers. Sony and Nintendo do the same.
