There's nothing wrong with solid - any game that would averages 8/10. And it's likely Haze will.
There would be a problem with a game if it averaged 5-6 out of 10 - which Haze won't.
Haze is the victim of gamers huge expectations and hype....sound a little KZ familiar here.
But it will still be a shooter worth having if it has something you like. Otherwise, save your money for the competition.

It will be a solid - worth having - online shooter but will it have any surprises to make it a must have.....although not a 10/10 game.
But it should pass the time until the big hitters for shooters.

Yes, Valve is an extremely talented and successful developer....yet they don't have the manpower for proper versions of Ps3 games? Hmmmmmmmm? Bulls**t.
Because these are talented, highly educated people.
If Valve is making its money from PCs/xbox then go exclusive. But likely, Microsoft wasn't offering them much if anything at all.

Any game that achieves a rock solid - no matter how much action is going on - through out means more to me than a game 60 fps. Then developers can focus on putting more details on each of those frames.
If stable 24 fps on a giant screen in a movie theatre has no problem then wth not a stable 30 fps?

Just wanna to see fully usable vehicles and devilish clever AI and Bots. The hardest level in R1 was not at all.....just was too easy.
And since my Ps3 is my main game console and has a browser - admittedly slow as - I'm not going to be booting up the 360 just to browse the web. I'm sticking to my Linux PC for that. Plus the memory limitations on the console mean you can't have many pages open at the same time - a huge firefox tab browser fan here.
And I'm sure the 360 will have similar limitations. However, most owners would likely have a Windows PC as well, so no loss there. Just browse on the PC.
Gone are the days of the crappy ports.

If digi-guys can pull pull this off and Sony promotes it properly, Wardevil will be a great new ip that could bring in new console buyers....especially those waiting for the mighty GoW to arrange before migrating.
