I've seen the number of people still playing this game on Steam, but I wonder if many console players are still playing this game. I thought the game was good, but I got bored of it after a couple of months. You have to be playing with a half-descent squad, or you end up getting crushed, and the co-op wasn't the greatest. Personally, I liked the Vegas series much better than this, and RSV 1&2 are just more fun to play. RSV2 still has people playing Terrorist Hunt all the time.
Pretty cool, it's a start at least.
Phil Spencer did make a mention about specifically bringing Xbox 360 backwards compatibility to PC. Let's see what happens..... I think it would be a big hit, especially since there are Xbox 360 games that were never released on PC, like Battlefield: Bad Company 1, or where the PC received crappy versions of games like Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 1&2 as an example.

EA's ranking in the most hated companies list is very well justified. EA was actually a pretty good company under CEO John Riccitiello, back when they were making all kinds of great new games like Mirrors Edge, Battlefield: Bad Company, Army of Two, Dead Space, Plants vs Zombies, Dante's Inferno, Burnout Paradise and more.
Under CEO Andrew Wilson, all we've seen is the watering down of existing franchises, and even a complete killing off of other franchises like...
"Companies out there making products that genuinely harm animals and kill our environment"
Yeah, products that you more than likely use on a daily basis.
I was under the impression that Kaz was doing a really good job. It would be interesting to know the reasons behind his departure.
Haha, I was just reading this on Drudge Report. EA's ranking in this list is well deserved.
The features....will be to be able to play online. At $20.00 per year, there probably won't be anything else.
It would be nice if the author of the article had some clue regarding the business world. Four of the companies that he suggests are Japanese. Corporate culture in Japan is far different from corporate culture in America, not to mention the language barriers, which is why Microsoft will never buy a Japanese game developer. European studios are a different story, as most people in Europe seem to be able to speak English, and the corporate culture is similar to that of America.
Welcome to 2018.
Yeah, I haven't bought the last couple of Call of Duty games either. CoD has gotten far too stale.
The problem with the next Battlefield game, is that we have no idea what EA is going to do to mess with the classic Battlefield experience. I have a bad feeling that they are going to ruin the series, probably with micro-transactions and loot boxes.
I'm a big Battlefield fan, but never bought Battlefield 1. BF1 does not represent WW1 gameplay at all. Most of the automatic weapons in the game were experimental at that time, and the ones that were actually used, which were very few models, were not used by the average soldier at that time, because they were way too expensive to produce. Tanks were also not very common in WW1, but according to BF1, they were all over the place. Just a total nonsense game IMO.
ME3 was a great game though. The only real issue people had was with the ending, but if you play it with the Extended Cut downloaded, it actually fixes the ending. Had they just done the extended cut from the start, there wouldn't have been any controversy.

It's disturbing to see that you hold GameStop in the same high regard as your parents and World War 1 Veterans.
Made me think of DMX up in here lol

I appreciate your well thought out comment. On the question of whether I would be hoping for Microsoft to contract Valve to make Half Life 3... I'll be honest, I would find it utterly hilarious if that did actually happen. The internet would have a complete melt down lol
@ Ceasar
That's pretty funny. Stating the fact that Sony, at one time or another, purchased all of their big studios, which are producing all of their big franchises today, is what it is...facts. I realize that these facts are not convenient, but then perhaps people who live in glass houses shouldn't be throwing stones.
The funny thing about this, is that I could say that that the sky is blue, and I'd still get disagrees from the very same peo...
Yeah, kind of like Sony making Zipper Interactive, Evolution Studios, Incognito Entertainment, Studio Liverpool (Psygnosis Limited) and BigBig Studios so much better.
I mean, look at them now right? Lets be fair about this kind of stuff.
This is the time for large acquisitions. When you look at the massive acquisitions that
