I'm really interested in The Last Night. The visual style of this game is totally unique. Sea of Thieves looks fun, so I'll probably get that. I hope that Crackdown turns out to be a good game, so I'll be keeping an eye out for that. I have a funny feeling that Microsoft will announce Halo 6 at E3, which will also be great if this actually happens.
Unless you're an individual, then you don't get on either of those.
Acer always designs some pretty cool computer cases.
That's how you do it! Buy it when it's half the price. I haven't bought a full price EA game since Mass Effect 3 and Bad Company 2. They offer so little at launch these days, and they have all kinds of server issues over the first 6 months with pretty much all of their online games.
@ Guilty
Intel makes iGPUs (Intel HD Graphics), which is pretty much the same thing.
Absolutely, including Alexa and Echo!
Good for you, now Amazon is listening to your conversations at all times! What a great product!
Edit:
Actually, I meant Google....even better! They're totally trustworthy!
Put a microphone in your home called 'Alexa', and extend it's range so that Amazon can hear everything that's going on in the home with your Destiny Ghost doohickey. I remember not too long ago, the articles warning people that Samsung TVs came with disclaimers in the instruction manual, telling people to watch what they say in front of the TV, as their conversations can be sent to 3rd parties LMAO. Now Amazon is trying to con people into placing microphones in their homes.......
Kinect was never needed. I was reading a thread over at Windows Central, and there were only maybe 10 posts, but 8 of them were complaining as if Microsoft ruined their lives lol. Personally, I think talking to my console feels weird. If you actually need a web cam for whatever reason, you can just use a 3rd party web cam now anyway, and I believe Cortana still works with an external mic too. People who adopt early hardware releases should be smart enough to know that certain technologies may...
Yeah, I wish I'd kept my disc copies.
The PS3 still had a lot of gas in the tank when the PS4 launched. I really wish that Sony would have continued to release games on the PS3 this generation, games that would have worked properly on PS3 hardware, such as indie games.
My biggest disappointment, is that Sony didn't release all of their exclusive games into the digital store. Motorstorm, Motorstor: Pacific Rift, Resistance 1, 2, 3, Killzone 2, Killzone 3 single player campaign, Socom 4, God of War 3 and othe...
There are games that I also like, which don't have jump buttons, but that's not the point. The point is that jumping was an integral part of God of War gameplay. I would prefer a GoW game to be a GoW game, not Zelda, not Bloodborne, not Metal Gear Solid, not Gears...
I think that when you are making a game within an established series, with a certain type of gameplay which made the series a popular hit in the first place, then I think fans should have certain expectations. I can understand if people who have never player any of the previous God of War games have no expectations, but otherwise, fans should have certain expectations.
God of War isn't Bloodborne.
@Shadowwolf712
Killzone 3 was excellent. The maps were awesome, it had the same great gameplay as Killzone 2 and the graphics were stunning. The only problem that people had with the game, was that they couldn't create their own game server, which in my opinion was a blessing. I hated the fact that almost every server up on Killzone 2, you'd be stuck playing one map the entire night, and the matches were 60-90 minutes long... that's not fun, it's rather stup...
If you guys are happy with this, then that's fine I guess. Usually when you're a fan of a series, it's because of the storyline, gameplay and perhaps the graphics. I've never seen 'fans' of a series be happy about all aspects of a popular series being changed....
I don't even need to look at the list, here's mine:
1. Socom
2. Heavenly Sword
3. Resistance: Fall of Man
4. Motorstorm
5. M.A.G.
6. God of War (coming)
7. The Last of Us (coming)
8. Gran Turismo (complete)
9. Uncharted (complete)
10. Infamous (complete)
11. Killzone (complete)
Are you a fan of the series? I've played all of the God of War games, and this changes the gameplay of the series 100%. I'm worried about two things: 1. the gameplay being completely different from what the series is known for: 2. is this a completely different universe, where they just re-use Kratos without any ties to the rest of the God of War series, or does the back story include the lore from the previous games. This may not be the game that hardcore GoW fans, including myself, ...
I still can't believe that there will be no jumping in this game. It will be interesting to see the final product.
Don't call people names!
