I like the dash board now. It's simple and sleek. I liked every first dash board of the xbox. Then when they changed them up, I thought I would need time to adapt but it seemed that each iteration was more intuitive than the last. That is until this generation. While I find it intuitive, many features are missing , like the ability to see your hard drive storage or the xbox guide.
Yeah, I did the same thing. I returned my nephews physical copy to GameStop and got Ghosts. I also called EA and Microsoft several times and finally they refunded my digital copy of BF4 and the Premium membership.

It's not a problem that they want to do another study. These things need to be retested for validity but it is ridiculous that it makes headlines every time a new study is done.
Call or chat with a Microsoft representative. When I called, they took me through an advanced type of power cycle. It helped with the TV issue.
If you want your money back return the game to the store you bought it from. I just returned my physical copy of BF4 to GameStop about an hour ago and got a full refund.

For me, AC4, DR3 and Ryse satisfy that question of "Why did I buy a PS4 and a XB1 right now?"
The graphics of AC4 on PS4 are awesome. They could have been better but they are still wowing me right now.

MMO seems to be synonymous with a monthly subscription. Console gamers aren't used to that although they pay for Xbox live and now PS+ is required for online play. I think this is the reason that Bungie wants to avoid "MMO" at all costs.

I bought both consoles, the XB1 and the PS4. I love both consoles but I've been playing on the xbox more. I have Ryse, KI, DR3, BF4, and Ghosts. For the PS4, I only have AC4. Apparently, I can't add my own video here from my phone. My digital copy of BF4 just froze on my XB1 during the first mission of the campaign. I opened a weapons crate and it froze when I left the crate.

My Dad, who is not tech savy at all, adapted quite well to the XB1 in just a few days. He loves the quick switching between Netflix, TV, and YouTube. The voice commands work 95% of the time and the hand gestures are easy to use as well.
I am loving the fact that I can buy one digital copy and play it on two consoles at the same time. It is extremely useful when my brother cones over. He plays in the living room and I play in my bedroom. I love my XB1
