There are plenty of places to check if they are selling non preordered consoles. GameStop probably will have ten or under so get there at about 9 or ten Thursday morning. They'll sell it to you at 6 and then you pick it up at 12. Bestbuy gets more usually. You could probably start waiting at 4 and still get one. Target is good too. Get there early friday morning and you should be golden. Kmart, same thing. Don't forget about Sam's Club, BJ's, or Costco either. Toys r us, Sea...

The PS4 is even better than the hype. I was a little bummed that ere are no demos to download but the streaming feature is sick. It's very helpful in deciding what game to pick up next.

This is bull I'm getting an XB1 so it doesn't affect me either. But for this reason as well as the resolution on PS4 being 720p when it was advertised as 1080p native I'm not getting Ghosts. I was willing to give CoD one more year but after this, they wont get my money this year.
I agree completely. It's our own fault but not buying any electronic device is extremely difficult. I picked up an extra controller the yesterday. It's amazingly comfortable. I just traded in my PS3 today for 90% extra trade credit at GameStop. Traded in GTA V as well. They gave me $220 in credit. I had my XB1 paid for already with the extra controller and BF4. What the hell am I supposed to spend $220 on? I only want Ryse and BF4 and I got Killer Instinct with my Xbox Live Day One Card. The problems Sony is having with the launch are expected problems. When producing millions of units, there is bound to be a few issues. Especially with electronics. Sony is having a great launch. So much so that MS congratulated them.
I preordered the XB1 and paid for it. I stood online at GameStop, Best Buy, and Target to get 3 PS4's. I know, I'm the douche that flips new consoles for more money. I was going to sell all three but with all the good news going Sony's way, I could help but tear open one of the boxes.

I'd rather game in my bedroom, where I can get privacy to game. My nephew does his homework in the living room. His friends come over and they play in the living room. My girlfriend and I share the chores but when she's vacuuming or whatever, it detracts from the gaming experience. Also, I can't exactly be playing Ryse with my 8 year old nephew around.

That's why I said Sony is better at hiding the things they don't want you to see. I'm not saying the games are going to suck. I'm just saying that not everything Sony tells you is the truth. These console wars have been like a bad political campaign.

Beat me to it. Sony had similar policies in place but the royal screw up by MS made them think twice. Although, I didn't see anything wrong with their idea of what the future of gaming should be like. It was their idea of how to execute that plan that I had a problem with.
