Thank you
I did pay $10,000 up front. But I feel like this conversation went the wrong way. I was just trying to help give a different vantage point to people who feel a little buyers remorse for their XB1. Your right, $100 is a lot but in the long run it just about evens out.
I bought both systems at launch and bought more games for the XB1 mainly because I have two Xbox ones and only one PS4. Digital purchases essentially give you two copies. But I have no remorse for buying the XB1.

In the realm of video games, it is a valid argument if you divide the cost of the console into the games you purchase. Maybe the per month argument isn't so great. But nearly everyone is buying a PS4 or XB1 to play games, so factoring in the console price into each game is valid because without the console you can't play the games.
Also, I live in the real world and I pay real world taxes. When i bought my first car outright for $10,000 I planned on keeping it for at least fi...
Yeah, add-ons are probably going to be the best remedy for this. I like the Kontrolfreaks but only for the 360 for the XB1 I'm fine with the sticks for some reason. On the PS3 and PS4, the sticks are symmetrical so I don't think it will work as we'll. also, I don't like the heifpght difference between the stick and the buttons. I just want some kind of slip on cover that won't spin. But I do have to say, the DS4 is the overall better controller this gen. The touchpad alon...
People are getting all bent out of shape because the XB1 is more expensive than the PS4 and it's ridiculous. Both consoles are expensive but it depends on how you look at it.
If you have your XB1 for 5 years, it will have cost you &9 per month. A PS4 for the same amount of time would cost you $7.25 per month. A difference of $1.75 per month or $25 per year. It's really not all that much of a difference.
The games are really what matters though,...
She looks like the box art now.
The game is only good when other people are playing it. If the community dies out then the game is unplayable. That's why people will pay $60 for SP only but not MP only. With that said, I'm all set to buy my digital copy on Day one. Hopefully we can preload on the XB1.
A lot have people have commented that the reason is because of the WiiU install base and others have quote the 5.5 million units sold. The problem is that yes the Wii U has sold a decent amount but how many of those people own another console or PC in which they would buy it for instead of the Wii U? How many Wii U owners own only the Wii U and no other console or PC? My guess is less than 1 million. Why would Ubisoft want to cater to such a small audience?
Side missions in an RPG are worth exploring for me but in a game like Assassin's Creed, they don't seem to add anything to the experience other than give you some money. I think that's why I traded in all my AC games after I beat them.
I'm deciding on weather or not to trade in AC4 for this. I really enjoyed AC4 but I've never explored an AC game once I beat it. The mp is cool but I don't find myself wanting to play it. It's like Killzone for me. I beat Killzone and thought the so was good but the mp is not for me and I don't feel the need to play sp again so I returned it.
What's your PSN name? Mine is PsylentKiller for both PS4 and XB1.
Will the digital download be available before the 28th as well?
Yes, I believe the XB1 is suffering from launch issues and it is a little more difficult to develop for. But, this is really starting to look bad for Microsoft. I was fully supporting the XB1. I bought 6 games for it and only AC4 for my PS4. Now, though,I can't buy a multi platform game in good conscious for the XB1.
It's ridiculous that the XB1 is getting beat this badly at the start of the generation. The fact that it is $100 more is not the issue for me. I love the kinec...
I think 8v8 would be great. The grunts shouldn't be upgraded too much but they should give a little bit of a challenge.
Refs pawn has about a month and a half to release. Hopefully these issues will be addressed.
I just don't know how they can fix these problems before the printing of the discs. I guess there will be a day one update?
While your comment comes off sounding trollish, it rings some truth, to me anyways. I bought both systems at launch but I spending most of my time on my XB1. Although, Don't Starve is addicting. I also have AC4 and Killzone for the PS4. However, I returned Killzone because I just can't get into it. It seems very bland to me. Deadrising 3, Ryse, Forza, KI, BF3, and Ghosts on the XB1 are grabbing most of my attention.
Maybe I think the XB1 is better because I have more...
This game looks amazingly fun. It is the game most of us , XB1 owners, have been waiting for. This is the game that will sell XB1s. It is not the game to save EA though. I predict this game being the turning g point where people final stick to what they've been saying for a long time and stop buying CoD. They will do the same with Battlefield. I think the modern military shooter's appeal is waning. Titanfall will hopefully speed up that process.
Become a soldier and fight, in a relatively small arena, in a 6 vs 6 battle to the death using only modern military weaponry! I don't think you will survive!
It's a freakin game. No one claimed CoD to be a realistic simulation nor find they say the same for BF3 or Titanfall.
There's no skill in Mario games because Mario doubles in size when you eat a mushroom. When you eat a flower you can throw fireballs. The power ups kill skill. /s
Turn back and forth several times before you jump over something.
This game looks amazing, not because of the graphics or the cloud but the gameplay and concept. Plain and simple, it just looks like it's going to be fun and fun for a long time. I'm interested to see the game modes they have planned for this game. I'm growing tired of Call of Duty and Battlefield, while I bought both games I'm looking forward to a change of scenery. Halo hopefully will be great but Titanfall looks to be a different beast that will be the catalyst of change in...
Atari 5200 generation. The Atari 5200 showed no reason to upgrade from the 2600. There were hundreds if not thousands of games for the 2600 plus it played intelligibility games.
The generation when Arcades disappeared. The rise of the home console was great because we could play those arcade games without pumping quarters into them. But Arcades were still the pinnacle of gaming. The sights, the sounds, the experience of an Arcade was so exciting. I can't tell you how mu...
Here's hoping for a Definitive edition trilogy with judgement coming in as DLC. Then about a year later drop the new Gears of War story. Marcus and the gang should be retired. Except maybe resurrect Carmine, lol.
