There's no need to send it in right now. They just need to send out an update since it's a software problem. I already talked to a customer service rep about my issues. They said they'll send my information to the appropriate department.
No Man's Sky dominated because it is a unique game, it is beautiful, and more importantly, the man representing Hello Games ( Sean Murray) made you love the game. He was humble, excited, and genuine. This is his love, his art. It is not about the money and that can easily be seen by his interview. The game looked amazing but I am going to be picking this up on release day because of Sean Murray and Hello Games.
I am having issues with the UI. When it loads up, all the lettering is blurry for a second and then it clears up. Sometimes the movement of the cursor is delayed. If I move it too fast it will freeze up and then two seconds later do all the commands I put in. More often than the previous issues I listed, the games I downloaded tend to freeze up. When I boot them up, they look like they are going to start but then I get kicked back to the dash.

I couldn't watch the rest of the show when the concert started. He'll, I barely made it through the awards. The whole thing was so unorganized. Whoever was directing should never direct again. They were cutting to the wrong cameras. The guests weren't informed of what was going on. The que cards were all messed up. VGX? It's the VGA's.
$500 is the max a store can sell the xb1 for. Costco sells most of their products at a 2% mark up. So that's probably how it's going for $479.99.
Yeah, I'm looking forward to Titanfall and Quantum break as well. The launch line up for both systems is pretty week although AC4 is pretty amazing considering what AC3 was like. Ryse has been fun too. I've been achievement hunting to keep the games interesting while I wait for Titanfall.
I think the biggest problem is that people are viewing the Kinect as a separate entity. It is as part of the Xbox One as the controllers are or the HDD is. Just because it can be unplugged doesn't mean that it is not part of the system. The controllers can be disconnected from the system but they are part of the system none the less.
The price of the system is $500. You can look at the Kinect as if it is part of the system or that the Kinect is free with the $500 console.

I wanted a refund but all he could do was give me a %15 discount code to the origin store for my inconvenience. My next call is to DICE.

The game is $40 to unlock everything. It's free if you want to try the entire game with one character. How is this a bad business model for the players?
I love my XB1 with Ryse KI, CoD, and BF4. I also love my PS4 with AC4, Resogun, Blacklight, and all the other free games. If Sony keeps widening the gap Microsoft may be forced into selling the Xbox division. Hopefully, they won't go that far though. Maybe they could drop the price of the system and better compete with PS+. If they throw up a steam like sale on Live, they would make a good case for going all digital.
I thought the sound problem was my fault, maybe some settings that were messed up. I have all the same issues you posted. Mine freezes sometimes and then I have to quit the game completely and then clear persistent storage in the bluray settings tab. If that doesn't work then I have to do a hard boot. Also, I keep losing my campaign saves.

All UI's are a mess until you figure out how to use them. Some are more intuitive than others. Apple's iOS is one of the most simplistic UIs on phones and tablets. The home computers are a bit more complicated. Android is complicated to the person who only uses iOS. Linux is extremely complicated to people because it is unknown and unfamiliar to them.

I've made it through the story once on Soldier. Now I'm trying it on Legendary and holy crap is it difficult. I'm also trying to get all the collectibles. The smartglass app is awesome for that. It tracks your progress throughout he game in real-time. On the progress bar it shows the collectibles and if you touch the icon it will show you what collectible it is. If you hit it again it will show you a short clip of where to find the item.

Have the same issue on the XB1. The game is literally unplayable for me. I get 5 maybe 10 minutes in and then booted to the screen with the rain, nothing else, and it's not moving. Completely frozen. I have to quit out and reload but sometimes I have to shut down my console to reset everything.
Yes. It's an awesome game. The naval combat is sick. AC3 almost ruined the series for me and I didn't think I would like a pirate game. But OMG I love it. I want to collect everything. I have a hard time making it to the next mission.

I bought a PS4 as well. Only because I was hoping PS+ would be as awesome as it was on the PS3 and Vita. The PS4 is awesome, PS+ is not. Lol. The only games that I will by the disc for are ones that I will resell. Sports games, games that I know I will only play once, extremely cheap and or discounted games. Otherwise, it is all digital. Got Ghosts, BF4, Ryse, KI, and DR3.
For PS4, I only bought two games, Flower and AC4 (physical) because I know I wont come back to it once I'm finished. Also, with PS+ it will probably become a free game in six months or severely discounted at the very least. I can visit it again ...
