lol I didn't say Titanfall is a bad game. I played it. It was a good time for about 3 hours. It was just severely overhyped. Overhyped does not equal bad.

Last gen, Microsoft made very few big new IPs. Gears (which was 2nd party anyway) and Alan Wake were probably the biggest two. Halo, Fable, and Forza, which they give us strong doses of pretty consistently, all originated on the first Xbox. Game is not going to Xbox. Sony used the term "console-exclusive debut" when introducing this game at E3 which basically means it'll be for PC and PS4. On the other hand, they introduced No Man's Sky with the term "console debut" which sounds to me like it will launch on PC/PS4 and then potentially make its way to X1.

2014 has been a mediocre year for Sony in terms of exclusives and they're still eating Microsoft's lunch. Just wait until 2015 kicks off with The Order and Bloodborne, while Uncharted waits down the road with even more first-party exclusive games fro...
Mehhh I mean MS undoubtedly had a solid conference compared to their last few over the years, but that's not saying much. It was the usual dosage of Halo, Fable, and Forza which are three of their only big first-party titles. I mean, Forza 5 launched with the X1 back in November and they're already releasing Forza Horizon 2 in September. 10 months between Forza games? Why? Granted, their first-parties will be working on Crackdown and Phantom Dust so there's that.

This is why no one should mock indie games. I personally think this was the best game shown at E3. Sony would be smart to lock this down and keep it away from Microsoft, but I wouldn't be surprised if it eventually makes its way to the X1. We'll see what happens!
