I play the game on maximum settings and I do not experience stuttering. I am curious about the system specs of the people who are experiencing it. I realize the article mentions that the problem is being experienced on "top of the line" setups, but that is really not detailed enough.
The Steam version of the game does have achievements, though I realize that does nothing for your PSN trophy card.
I would not personally pay more money for an inferior product just for something as trivial as trophies, but ultimately it is your right as a consumer to spend your money however you wish.
Blame the developers. I am going to use the tools given to me.
Slot 1: Blind Eye
Slot 2: Assassin
Slot 3: Sitrep or Dead Silence
I will use a suppressor for maximum sneakiness.
A better solution would be to change the spawn system to help prevent spawn-trapping in the first place.
15 year old boys are easily influenced by their hormones just like 15 year old girls. There should not be a double standard.
It sickens me that women are held to a different moral standard than men. No one would be joking if the story were about a male predator preying on a 15 year old girl, but this comment section is full of people making jokes and wondering if she is hot.
If this had been a story of a male preying on a female your collective pitchforks would be raised and you would all be out for blood.
I agree with pretty much everything you stated except one thing. The cost of games has remained the same for the last two and a half decades. It is the value of the dollar that has changed. In 1986 new NES games were $30. That is equivalent to $60 today.
Why can't you? I can play my SP games just fine in offline mode.
The best way to ensure that you never have a bad game to movie adaptation is to just not make game to movie adaptations. I realize that there are a handful of decent game based movies, but those are the exceptions, not the rule.
There is nothing stopping you from learning how to cook.
Only 100,000% destructible? I am not going to be satisfied until it is at least 1,000,000% destructible.
Come on guys, don't be so hard on Raven. Bouncing a throwing knife off 17 walls and clipping someone's toe is totally tactical.
Dual wielding shotguns (from the 1800's) is also a totally legit tactic in modern combat. All the pros do it.
Let's not forget the best tactic of all. You are not a truly brilliant tactician until you have nuked an area you want to control, while your forces are still there.
The point to using the code over hacking is convenience. Also, even though hacking is pretty easy, it can be failed.
The protagonist is ex-SWAT. He is trained to use the least amount of force necessary to resolve a situation. It makes sense for him to use non-lethal measures if he can.
Do you really need melee weapons when you have super-strength and blades in your arms?
AVG has a fair amount of false positives too. It thinks Portal 2 is a virus.
If by "final release" you mean "map packs" then you are probably right.
The tranquilizer gun takes effect instantly if you score a headshot.
I actually prefer the delay for limb and body shots. I can shoot one enemy in the leg, reload, and shoot the second enemy in the head. Both fall at the same time so neither sees the other on the ground.
I set everything to maximum. That is my tweaking.
They are considering mod tools? But I thought the Frostbite 2 engine was beyond the comprehension of us mere mortals.
I have 2 different loadouts in mind.
Slot 1: Blind Eye
Slot 2: Assassin
Slot 3: Sitrep or Dead Silence
-or-
Slot 1: Sleight of Hand
Slot 2: Quickdraw
Slot 3: Stalker
I am actually kinda leaning toward the second loadout.
