The GTX295 is a dual gpu card, the 5870 is a single GPU card and keeps up with it, has DX11, draws less power and won't ever have the problem of scaling in games (unlike the GTX295).
Also, the 5800 cards are still on very early drivers, performance will only get better for it. I nearly made the mistake of going for a 295 instead of 5800 cards.

They are. In the UK ATI just added an extra £20 on to all 5800 cards.

I know for some reason people felt disappointed in GTA4, but i wasn't. Yeah, it isn't the 98/100 but it was still a fantastic game and i loved it. I own it on all three platforms, PS3, PC and 360 - so i think its safe to say i'll be buying this DLC :p
I don't think it is a huge problem, but they can't stay with DVD for the next gen.
I think the only big drawback of having to swap discs is that developers can't really do huge open world games. Final fantasy 13, the producer said that they had to change the way the game was designed so that the player couldn't go back to places they had previously been in the game due to the multiple discs on the 360.

Rockstar will NOT be working on GTA5 till the next gen. Another GTA, yeah, but it won't be GTA_5_.
It will be a spinoff/expansion type thing based on an upgraded version of the GTA4 engine in another location. Just like last gen with GTA3, Vice city and San andreas.

So they've moved it forward. I have two free steam copies of this since i got them with my two DX11 cards, it says December 11th on them - but yeah, it does say it was an estimated date.
And before anyone asks, no - i've already promised one to a friend and activated the other one on steam already :p
Starfox 64 - this is one of the only games i can say i 100% fully mastered, i played this non-stop. Would completed it a few times a day just to see the final boss.
I have never played any of the other starfox games for some reason i can't explain, but if there were to be a new one i'd jump on it.
