But i have to have my graphics card in two weeks.. looks like i'll be buying a GTX 295 for now and get whatever NVIDIA has by the time next xmas comes around. The 295 should easily last me till then.

I'm not saying it is a bad game, it has some fantastic features like the customisation which we will never see in Gran turismo, but the core gameplay doesn't click with me.
I'd love to let go and expand off into other sims, but they all make it so hard for me to like. Especially when there are hardly any good wheels for the 360 due to microsofts stupid peripherals policy.
Just played the Forza 3 demo. I'm not going to lie just to save some disagrees.. but ugh, its still a complete mess.
Why do they still even try to call it a simulator? I was really looking forward this, especially since GT5 isn't coming out this year.. :(

Yeah, i'm looking at the 5870 x2, but still, i'd love to see what Nvidia are going to do simply because, even though im far from an nvidia fanboy, their great driver support have always saved me much trouble and hassle.
But i'm willing to go with ATI this time around, because i have been hearing good things about their much improved driver support.

Oh you'll be perfectly fine for another year, of course you won't be playing all the new games at max settings at a great framerate, but it'll be more than good enough for an extra year or so.
It'll be a fantastic game, but MGS4 is still my favourite game this generation on all the current gen systems i have owned (PS3, Wii, 360).
It is looking like it'll be close, but the MGS series is my favourite of all time and it takes some extra, extra special to beat out one of the MGS games for me.
I'll give it more than a chance, i'm a MGS fanboy, but i'm not /that/ much of a fanboy ;)

This is kind of a silly thing to say, but i already have my case and it is less than half an inch too small to fit the HD 5870's in, yeah - i've already tried fitting it in, my friend got a pre release sample.
It would be impossible for me to mod the case to fit it in too, the thing that is blocking it is a drive cage made of very, very thick steel.
