Agreed. Also have to mention the lack of a physical release was likely a turn off to some. It was for me.
Thanks for pointing this out. Now I can ignore the obvious troll account. Same as Obscure.
Agreed. I know it is unfinished but I really hope the end product is not what looks and feels to be Spider-Man reskin. Would enjoy a new and fresh experience designed specifically for Wolverine.
Wipes out the base Series S storage nearly completely.
Was planning on day one, but will now wait for the disc as well. Thanks for sharing the info.
Same thing I did. Booted it and played 15 minutes to see the spectacle and turned it off because I am in the middle of another game.
That’s the other thing, if you don’t directly purchase a game you do not feel as invested or compelled to play the game and I believe this is a problem with GP in general. In that same vein and for me personally there is no incentive to purchase the game because there is no physical release. If there was a physical release, I might have consid...
Family friendly for kids and potentially parents to enjoy together.
Not for Nintendo first party. Xbox definitely
@Christopher I totally get what you are saying and agree with the sentiment, but LEGO must have decided that porting to Xbox would be more costly than revenues could cover. It is the only thing that really makes sense. Demonstrates how much the Xbox brand is suffering IMHO.
I honestly thought Xbox’s worst gen was going to be the Xbox One gen. Boy was I wrong. This game was always going to be day one for me and makes the decision very easy as to which platform will benefit from my purchase. Despite the fact I have a both an X and PS5, I will purchase the PS5 version.
The S continues to be an albatross and it will only get worse as we continue moving forward this gen.
@Badz149
1. Research (which they are not likely to do).
2. I never said they are likely to have an 8K set up and agree with you that they likely won’t. Nevertheless, it doesn’t mean that putting a shiny gold 8K symbol on a gaming console box isn’t misleading.
I agree as this is exactly how I read it as well. However, to the average consumer, if you put 8K on a gaming console box, the general expectation would be 8k gaming. IMHO
Love the reference! Still remember commercials with the teacher standing at the chalk board. Lol!
Yes please. Did pretty much everything there was to do in this game. Took a very long time and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Skyrim is one of my all-time favorites, but I would prefer a new experience.
Wait…there are other countries beside the USA?
As an American, never knew this? In fact, in my school days we only had one country on our map in geography class. 🤔
All problems are relative to a persons specific situation which is why you keep ranting about Americans. Yes my country has problems. A lot of problems and a lot of sins, but we aren’t the only country with problems and sins.
Don’t forget the “sliders and elevators.” Will solve everything. /s
I said it from the start and I will say it again. The S never should have existed. The idea of releasing a previous gen console and strapping to a next gen console never made sense.
It was a marketing decision by Microsoft to try and capture more of the market share by releasing a cheap console at the expense of allowing gaming to move forward. They decided it’s better to lie to consumer ...
I would say less broke people in general is a good thing.
I agree in that this is not something I am interested in at all. Maybe the target is a Horizon game that doesn’t require a mature audience and can be sold to kids. Just a thought. 🤷
I am a collector have a room dedicated with a couple original arcade cabinets, physical game library, old and new consoles and controllers backlit with LED lighting. It’s very cool to have but with emulation being so strong and prevalent, I sometimes feel foolish because the hobby is expensive and like another said, the full game is not always on the disc. Could probably spend more wisely but I enjoy it.
Same. Was on my day one list the first time I
Saw footage of the game, but I now I am waiting on a disc.
