Honest question; what about those who don't think the gameplay looks all that impressive?
Just throwin' this out there. If Sonic had black hair instead of blue in his next game, the fans would throw a shitfit.
Now with that said, hair color is the least of my worries. They've effectively changed this character into someone that just really doesn't seem like Dante to me. Based off of every trailer, every piece of game footage, I just don't like what I see. And that goes for nearly every aspect of this game, not just the characters but the story and ...
Don't downplay that when there are people who keep insisting it's no more powerful than the PS3/360.
Seriously, first someone says "Oh look atthe delusional Nintendo fanboys. The Wii U will be just like the Wii."
"But so-and-so says it's actually stronger."
"Congratulations! Wii U is stronger than six year old tech!"
Seriously, make up your mind.
To be fair, I think Sony stepped up their game a little. Tearaway and of course this game are unique experiences. They just need to downplay cross-play as a selling point. Having PS3 games on a Vita won't make me want to buy it. Getting a Vita copy for free is a nice touch, but that's only confirmed for a few games so far and we don't know if every game will support it.
Basic point: Less PS3 ports, more unique games.
Personally I thought Tearaway looked a lot better, but that's just me.
No, I don't. I believe the Wii U is a stronger console. Late-end current generation games as launch titles and developers like Epic Games, Crytek and Gearbox all saying that the Wii U is MORE powerful than current generation consoles.
We're talking about a studio that is currently making a multiplatform mascot racer. When they build a game from the ground up on the Wii U, I'll take a statement like this more seriously.
I hate quotes like these. Brings out all of the general stupidity in the comments...
Because only casual gamers bought the Wii, right?
I don't think it's that they don't care. I reckon there are underlying issues.
Nintendo's confounded secrecy for one thing. :/
Ever get any accomplishments on 3DS? You actually have to do stuff to get them. Not always good stuff (I mean hell, there's an accomplishment for having shit luck) but you had to do stuff nonetheless.
Exclusive to iOS? Really?
@Morrigan-Aensland
All I'm reading is "Wah wah wah, whine whine whine, bitch bitch bitch I HATE THE BANDS YOU LIKE."
Never confirmed. That price is a placeholder.
And added back everything that was originally excluded. People were pretty angry about that too, you know.
I think I'm leaning more toward Vigil on this one. This Xander Davis guy came off as outlandish and unprofessional. He hardly made a case for himself.
Overall, I don't think it's possible for anyone to really know unless they work there. All I can take from this is that Darksiders II looks pretty cool and Xander Davis comes off as a douche.
So it's just a rumor. I'll wait for confirmation this time.
Huh. Three disagrees for hoping for good things for a video game console. Go figure.
Here's hoping, yeah?
It's called bottom-feeding. It's nice that Sony finally added a feature that should have been there from day 1, but just how many Vita/PS3 games will support this outside of Sony published titles and the three games announced so far?
It's also not going to make me run out and buy a Vita, nor will a Call of Duty game that doesn't even look all that impressive.
Tearaway is a good example of a unique experience for Vita and it's about time th...
Yeah, I was aware of this. My question is when exactly we should expect more announcements?
