Most Stunning Game of the Year, and why wouldn't it be approved?

Great game imo. A throwback in many ways but it ends up feeling fresh because it's so unusual among modern shooters. Love the look, love the sound, love the gameplay, and I'm working on an epic co-op SnapMap. Between Doom, UC4, and Tropico 5 being included with PS+, it's been a great gaming month for me!

Agenda confirmed.

"It's definitely not just for clicks I assure you"

The article itself may try valiantly to justify your opinion, but you know that title is simply click bait.

"the game it was inspired by and the one it helped inspire has far surpassed it."

You're welcome to your minority opinion. Uncharted was never much like Tomb Raider and now Tomb Raider is a lot like Uncharted. TR is wannabe UC now, but hasn't come close to UC's success at doing what it does.

Agreed. No game is for everyone and this one isn't for me. I've been amazed at the very positive reception.

His comment had more purpose than yours.

Commenting doesn't mean the article got a click.

They're not underpowered any more than any other console in history, yet people always feel the need to make the announcement as if it's something controversial.

Simply talking about resolution and frame rate is a huge oversimplification, by the way.

I feel like I played a different game than most people did. I thought the game was good, certainly better than Battleborn, but all the very high praise it's getting puzzles me.

It's not "video game review reception". It's humans on the internet.

Yeah CoD's casuals will put it over BF again most likely.

@ Welly - If he doesn't like PvP, justifying an 8 hour campaign would still be easy by comparison. Anyway, the time spent on a campaign isn't nearly as important as how fun it is.

@ Dchapzx - Not if I bought a monitor I knew damn well was uncommon. If I didn't realize it was uncommon that would be my own fault.

OT - I preferred OW's beta over Battleborn's, but I wasn't really impressed with OW either.

BF1 easily for me

@Spurg - Don't pretend like all those DS3 weapons are useful. I went through the entire game with my starting weapon because I never needed to change. What I see in PvP and co-op shows me most people aren't using most weapons.

BB has more quality to it's bosses, which are tougher, it's environments, which are more varied and open, it's overall atmosphere, which nails the HP Lovecraft influence that all these games have, and it's story, which has more...

Bad gaming journalism goes on, despite lack of new ideas.

It's the easiest of the series (+Bloodborne) imo so if this one's too hard you might as well forget about the others.

It's always looked pretty damn stunning. I still remember the first time I saw that one part near the beginning of UC when Nate is running across the wooden bridge while things are collapsing. It was definitely a big leap from UC1 to UC2 and UC3 though, and of course UC4 looks beautiful.

@moldy - "all you guys are just upset because you want the new ps4 neo"

I don't know enough about Neo to know if I want it, but I still think it's potentially a bad idea. I agree that "stab in the back" is a very drama queen way to look at it though.
