It's a whole new world, so get with the program. It's better to have fewer games all year long, as we've heard for years now, and sending all your exclusives to PC is the new bragging point apparently. You're just scared of change. ; )
Hats off to those who continue along with the same rhetoric, in brave defiance of mean old reality.
No, because they aren't zombies.
"Run and gun" doesn't mean "side scrolling".
If you paid attention you'd know Days Gone is very run and gun with added survival elements, and you'd also know the creatures aren't zombies. Looks like great fun to me.
Scorpio and Neo aren't the same thing. Scorpio is NextBox, while Neo is PS4.5.
I imagine it must be tough to grab straws and move goalposts simultaneously.
Stardust speaks the truth. I've never watched E3 to see what I want the following Christmas. I want to see new things and be surprised, which is what E3 is about anyway. I already have plenty to play this year.
They're having trouble getting their bugs to work on the current consoles.
Half jokes aside, the lack of a new ES was a major E3 disappointment for me and I agree that Skyrim isn't the one I'd have chosen for a remaster. Morrowind would have been my first choice, followed by Oblivion.
What I'd really like is totally unrealistic but still a nice daydream : A remake of Arena, which encompassed all of Tamriel, with all the enhancements and no...
Which Sony conference was better in your opinion?
I'd have to go back and see what each year's show had in it to answer the question, which I'm not going to do, but I did think it was better than last year's and I didn't expect that.
Rookie, in the name of science please explain your thought process.
OT - Bury? No. Pummel mercilessly? Yes.
Come on Todd you were most definitely not the first to do expansions and dlc on consoles. You may have been the first to release an incredibly buggy game and get lauded for it though.
I know E3 has sensory overload, but is it so tough for a major gaming site to notice that the devs say these aren't zombies?
@GameBoy - That was reinforced repeatedly throughout their conference. I don't understand why some people think that MS owning Windows, and therefore still making money, is a valid counterpoint. It doesn't change the fact that buying an XB to play the big XB franchises is no longer necessary, so fewer people will do so. PC gamers who love those franchises should be happy anyway. We'll see how the console crowd likes it when they're playing Halo with controllers against the mo...
That would be the end of my home gaming, unless Nintendo has changed drastically by that time.
@danny - Your same wi fi theory is false. I've remote played my PS4 on my Vita using the wi fi at several different businesses around my city, using my cousin's wi fi at her house which is a 3 hour drive away from mine, and at my mother's house which is about a 3 hour flight away.
Is it not obvious that he didn't mean it has literally no games, and equally obvious that the games it has appeal to comparatively few people?
It seems pretty obvious that the prize for winning a clear E3 victory is more positive buzz, whether it's through the regular media, social media, or word of mouth. Lots of people still haven't purchased an XB1 and/or PS4 yet, and many of them don't bother watching E3 themselves.
The title of this is somewhat misleading. The demo area isn't in the game, but the gameplay is indicative of what they're going for.
lol Wow. From the headline I thought maybe whoever owns the rights to Firefly had taken them to court. At some point in the show, or maybe the movie, Mal makes a comment about the sky (space) getting crowded. Then there's "You can't take the sky from me" in the theme song. I'm a fan of the show so I'm glad the settlement wasn't related to that, but quite frankly it would have made more sense than the real reason does. What a waste of court time. smh
