There's nothing wrong if it is done realistically, i.e. billboards in Burnout Paradise.
Now I haven't played Fight Night, but from the looks of it, this is just ads plastered on the screen. Not good.
That's great and all, but I would prefer if all of their resources went into developing the next full game, not DLC.
(Or are North the ones working on Agent, I can't recall at the moment)
There is a playable version in the form of Prologue, numerous screens and a trailer, and KY himself stated a few days ago that "We will give the release date of Gran Turismo 5 soon."
I love how people blurt out this nonsense without a single thought.
Such an appropriate name for this kid...
He is more open minded than many people here.
I played the most recent Hitman game on a friend's 360 recently. It being the first time I have played a Hitman game, it instantly went with TDU on my "Games that were on 360 and PS2 but I could only play the PS2 version and want a sequel on the PS3 please please please please" list. To say the least, I am excited by this news.
:D
Sorry, the blu-ray drive isn't compatible with floppy disks.
You should try the first one, especially if you enjoy city-builders. The visuals have aged rather well, the atmosphere is wonderful, and overall it is a pretty solid and fun game.
But it isn't a PC. I really don't see the point in putting Tropico on a console. Look at how well Rollercoaster Tycoon and The Sims worked out on consoles.
Tropico has been and will be a PC game first and foremost.
Yes, it is good news for 360 owners, but can you honestly sit there and call it the most important thing shown at E3? The first thing to consider is that these services are already available on the PS3. They do look like they will be integrated better on the 360, and this is great for 360 owners, but I can't call something that is already being done on another system the "most important" news.
Leaving Sony out of this, I would say the announcement of Natal is far more ...
Yeah, but still... We all knew that the PS3 slim was coming at SOME point, and nothing is worth putting your job on the line for.
"The playback quality of some PLAYSTATION 3 format software has been improved."
And it most certainly wasn't worth it.
I do go out of my way to get trophies, but only if it's in a game I like. I don't see why someone would play a game that they don't enjoy just to raise some superficial number. Unless they're insecure or something.
I really wish I had done that. I've only just started learning guitar, and I have to say, I would gladly have traded my Guitar Hero hours for actual guitar hours.
They do make quite a good party game, but I would hate to be sucked in again, especially with single player which I went back and tried on Rock Band... what a borefest.
I'm going to have to pick this up! I was looking for TDU the other day, and I found the case but not the game. Too bad, as it was one of my favorite racers on the PS2. I will, however, be more than glad to replace it with the PSP version.
Between this and GT Portable, the PSP is sitting really comfortable with racers this year.
Don't you guys think that if this was true, it would be plastered all over the front page here at N4G... and not just from one little site that I doubt many people have ever heard of?
And wouldn't the release date have come from Polyphony or Sony themselves and not from a retail distributor (especially when Play is the only one to claim this)?
Just saying.
More than just the title... this is a complete waste of space. The whole 'article' is two sentences long with no grammar to speak of.
People complain and complain about N4G, and nothing is going to get better if the site is run this way. What idiot mod or admin thought this deserved a place on the front page?
In either case, 15 games is still 15 games, right? I mean, not even including the great multiplats in development, that is about how much games I buy in 2 years.
I, on the contrary, would explode with joy if GT 5 came out this year. I am working through GT 4, and I have to say, it is one of the best racing games I have played, and visually it is stunning despite being 4 years old.
All of these 15 exclusives, and GT 5 is still my number 1 most wanted. But then again, it really is wonderful to be able to have these kinds of choices. That is $900 worth of games right there, all of which are probably going to be worth the money.
Boring? Far from it... it would be terrifying! Imagine it: $100 games, no unique and new IPs, very little pushing of graphical boundaries, $800 console, etc etc etc.
