No, if I recall they only paid for the 2 episodic packs. Anything that comes after is likely going to be on the PS3 as well as the 360.
If I want whack it off to an elf or princess (or even better, elf princess), at least make her look so. I am utterly disappointed.

The words "Start your journey now, my lord" and a picture of what looks like a porn star don't go together very well, do they?
People can call for a price cut all they want, and fanboys may make it seem like the amount of sales decides which company 'wins', but the truth is, all Sony cares about is profit. So what if a price cut brings in an extra million customers? If Sony is losing money on each system as a result of the cut, it means nothing.
They will cut it when production costs and demand are in sync. It may be now, it may be next year, but don't expect them to announce it until either a couple wee...
"IS THIS A NEW STANDARD METHOD TO MAKE EXTRA MONEY ON GAMES LEAVING OUT FEATURES THAT FANS CRAVE FOR"
HHG, where have you been? This is certainly nothing new, not at all.
Can I play online? If the answer is yes, then I'm happy!
Really now, I don't even use many of PSN's features, so what advantages does Live offer someone like me who doesn't use any of those extra features and just likes to load up a game and play?
(That was a serious question)
Alright, I see what you're saying, makes sense. You just worded your post like the previous GT's had some sort of hyper-realistic damage system or something.
I doubt you've played the other GT's if you are bawling over the bumping in Prologue. Every previous GT game as been "bumper cars" (in your words).
Really, Prologue is a fantastic introduction to what will be the best racing sim available on the PS3.
Agree, I am confused as to how anybody could have thought that the trailer was pre-rendered.
But yeah, it's going to be epic. Considering I still regularly play GT4 four years after its release, I have high expectations for GT5, and I have no doubt that they will be met.
EDIT: @Applegate: Calm down, man. It's there for the people that want to use it. If you don't like it, don't race in the NASCAR events. If you don't like that particular event, there are still going...
So are the GTA games... well the radio stations at least. I remember just sitting in a car in Vice City doing nothing but listening to the chat radio.
Oh, I didn't know this was coming to consoles. It's like ARMA, right? I've always wanted to play that, but my PC is complete rubbish so I am definitely looking forward to playing this on my PS3.
If you want to plagiarize, at least do it right. Really, it's not that hard to at least change the wording.
I have a PS3. I like to play online with my friends. PSN allows me to do that. I like PSN. If I had a 360 and wanted to play online with my friends, I would pay for Live. From what I have seen of Live, I like Live.
See, I put everything into simple terms for all of you who are mentally challenged enough to argue over this. Wait, that would be an insult to the mentally challenged, you bunch are worse.
Seriously, grow up. The PSN does its thing good and for free. Live ...
See, that (and the HDD space issue, and the download cap issue) is the problem. I don't want to have to wait 6 or more hours to play my game. I want it now.
Call me impatient or spoiled, but once you start racking up larger number of games, discs are just going to be much more efficient and fast.
“We always set very high goals and ideals for our games, and the GT5 trailer that you saw [at E3] is a very small portion of what we’re working on. And as long as we actually achieve our goals and fulfill our expectations, I’m sure it would set the new industry standard.”
A very small portion, eh? Oh man, GT5 is going to be amazing. Can't. Wait.
You're thinking of Frosted Flakes, I believe.
:)
I hate these patent sharks. Soon I'm going to get sued for carrying out natural bodily functions.
God damn, everyone. Keep GT5 our of Forza articles and Forza out of GT5 articles. They are different games on different systems, and most of us are only going to own one of them so there is no point in arguing about it.
All it proves is that you are insecure about the game of your choice.
Does anybody else ever read 'Square Enix' as 'Square Penis?'
Y'know, just wondering...
Uh, not exactly sure what you're going on about, but there already is a life simulation game, and it happens to be one of the most popular game series ever made... it's called The Sims.
And Heavy Rain is far from a life simulation...
Why would you want a niche genre to fail anyway? Without them we'd have the same old same old over and over again.
