MGS4 was better than a Halo or Gears game.. IMO

arctic setting! sweet. i bet it isnt just that either, probably a whole range of varied locations this time (i hope).
just imagine how realistic they can make a snowy world.. it's a lot less complicated than simulating a jungle like in the first one (no massive amounts of foliage etc). i'm sure it will look astonishing. and i'm hoping for interactive snow, like you'd have to watch were you step or you might fall down a huge gorge.. or something. would be awesome.
me too man, sweet graphics on the TV make me forget about my stomach. lol. (seriously it happens sometimes, it's way too easy to forget to eat)
i'm buying at least 2 before RE5. no way in hell am i going to miss out on KZ2 or Skate 2..
i'm so hyped for this.. 2009 is gonna start real awesome, Skate 2 and Killzone 2. no one can drag me away from my ps3, haha.
and Skate 2 has Marc Johnson as a playable character! i've waited to see him in a skate game for SO LONG! (since the first Tony Hawk Pro Skater). he's such an amazing skateboarder, go see some of his tricks and you'll see. smooth style and varied, original tricks.. real impressive guy.
what's wrong with rap/hiphop?
it's just a genre of music, some of it sucks, some of it is awesome (like Wu-Tang Clan - Protect Ya Neck on this soundtrack!)
i've always, always wanted some sort of fairly realistic underwater sim.. the idea just fascinates me. if i had a Wii i would be all over that diving game Endless Ocean. but since i only got a PS3 i'm really hoping this game releases in the west..
this would soothe the sh*t outta me, i'm SICK of shooting aliens and bad guys in the face already.
i loved GTAIV, especially the realism.. and i really dont understand why people didnt like the driving, that was for me the MAIN reason why i kept playing it! for me it felt spot on and very enjoyable, when i got the hang of it. the hood view was awesome too.
the game could've had way more content though :/ more varied missions that werent just about killing some random thug.. and there werent many places to go inside... that was probably most disappointing to me. i so wanted to ...
i personally gave up on PC gaming after Half-Life 2.. i got a new computer just to play that game, and it worked fine at first, then started having serious issues, like sound disappearing and the game freezing and chugging badly about every 5 minutes in the most annoying way (horrible lag in gameplay and characters doing weird ragdoll stuff). and i asked my friends who are better with computers to help me fix it, but we couldnt... so yeah that sucked bad. i didnt even finish the game cos it w...
all these comparisons make me retarded, seriously i think i lose braincells reading this stuff.
all i can think of now is that 360 games look awesome, and ps3 games look fantastic. both impress me, i'm loving this gen so far.. little differences i dont even wanna know about, doesn't matter to me if Dead Space is a tad "cleaner" or "darker" or whatever on ps3, i'll play it and love it, and assume that many 360 owners do the same.

i'm so hyped for this game.. still. because i only played it once and i've been REALLY itching to play through it again, just waiting for the trophies if they ever come (plz Konami/Kojima get on it).
if there were absolutely no good games right now on ps3 i would care but.. that's not the case, thank heavens.

no one knows, if we have learnt anything is that the situation is unpredictable, IMO.
ps3 is picking up and huge games are still to come (KZ2, GT4, GOW3 etc), and the 360 isnt dying, so the logical conclusion i would make is that both will do fine. unless the economy falls even further into the abyss...
this and SFIV should kickstart 2009 for ps3 pretty nicely in Japan :)
