yeah, the MGS4 soundtrack was pretty much the only videogame soundtrack i actually listened to this year. well actually LBP has some really awesome music too but i think it's mostly licensed stuff rather than original (not 100% sure).

i personally love GTAIV so i have no problem if it's number 1.
but uhmmmm Braid, Mirror's Edge, Fable 2, Left 4 Dead, Dead Space... all better than either LBP or MGS4? what in the world..!? i mean, they're all great games for sure, but LBP and MGS4 are GROUNDBREAKING (especially LBP) and even got better scores at IGN!

i've been thinking about playing it again too, it was pretty damn good, loved the atmosphere and controls and everything.

ok, the graphics are as good as i could ever hope for during this gen. wait no, actually even a bit better than i could've imagined. really, graphics don't need to get any better than this until PS4 and X720 come out. if more upcoming games like GOW3 and Heavy Rain look equal to this, i will be pretty damn satisfied as the graphics whore i am, lol.
and once again, judging by all the multiplayer footage i've seen: good bye COD4! it was nice knowing you.

hmm, seems like most people looking back at Assassin's Creed now think it was a great game. funny, since i remember the cries of hordes of disappointed gamers when it released, and lots of average reviews (IGN gave a 7 or something).

pretty amazing, but i still feel that 400gb is a bit useless for games at this point, i believe even GTA5 will fit just fine on a standard blu-ray disc, without Rockstar having to worry about space.
i would REALLY want to see this type of huge space used for tv shows and such, like all Seinfeld episodes on one disc! ahhh that would be so great, i hate having dozens of DVD discs and switching them all the time, trying to find the right episode :/

i thought FF12 had a decent soundtrack even without Uematsu.. a couple of really good tunes. but yeah i miss Uematsu in FF.. :/ i'm feeling positive about FF13 though, since Masashi Hamauzu is doing it and he made some really sweet tracks for FFX.
