The irony is that it really has little to do with X1 vs PC gamers...they are usually the same people actually...most people trying to pick a fight over it...don't have either. No one is fooled
In my case, it's cause I prefer X1 over playing on PC. Very rarely do I have the desire to hook up my PC to my 70in 4k Samsung, and I like leaving my computer open for other things WHILE I game.
Plus...with cross-save...why not?
More to the point...why does it bother you that someone would? The gaming world doesn't answer to you...it's OK that someone enjoys things that piss you off.

I have them all this gen as well as the last gens...X1 is the best rounded console this gen IMo as well. No hate for the others, but X1 just has the best upside, and the one area where PS4 is better isn't enough to really care about...so it's almost like it doesn't even count.
At this point, honestly who cares??? It's already the best looking game this gen, check out the direct feed videos confirmed to be from X1

I cancelled my Amazon pre-order and got the digital one from the store so I could play it on both PC and X1...I'll be playing on X1 most of the time though...but I like that my save will seamlessly transfer to PC when I do
The fear in this thread is real. Clearly some people have been working hard since the thread got published, trying to downplay anything X1/MS related. Even going as far as randomly making up something they are going to announce...then talking trash about how stupid that idea is...forgetting that MS didn't actually announce that. ...actually there are different steam boxes...so why NOT allow X1 to be one as well...it's already got the fanbase...seems like a win win for Steam and Xbox. Steam instantly gets another 20 million potential buyers and X1 gamers get access to more games.

Actually MS did say azure servers are available to ANYONE even Sony if they wanted to use them, and if that were the case they'd do cross play... MS is already doing crossplay with PC in games like Fable and Gigantic...so crossplay itself...esp with PC isn't out of the question at all.

Would be sweet if a Steam app for X1 were released...DX12 is supposed to make porting games easy...so who knows, maybe steam will sell games on X1 ..I mean they know X1 specs, and essentially it's just a windows 10 computer...not IMPOSSIBLE. Maybe Steam sees how well EA Access is doing and wants a piece of the action.
It's a fantastic console...that's why. I have all the consoles and it's actually my favorite. I'm really not sure why X1 games being on PC are a big deal when PS games on PC aren't. If anything that's a plus for X1..that means wider audience to contribute to the demand and profit for MS games...which will benefit the console AND PC...seems like a win-win for MS and gamers to me. Bet money if Sony/Nintendo had the same opportunity they'd do the EXACT SAME THING....

Every group in the world has it's fair share of idiots. Any group that has 2 people or more has at least one idiot. I never said that Xbox fans are perfect...and I wasn't being biased. Just looking at the situation how it stands...but yes, most people harassing Phil were NOT Xbox fans...most have said things in the past like "I will NEVER buy an X1" or things to the like.
Treyarch is my favorite COD dev, and I think from now on, they are the only ones I'll buy, but there are even some things I do and don't like about this one:

-Shotguns and SMGs have NO downside to using.
-The boost suits/Specialist ability's. (and how cheesy and "bro" they all were).
-Ultra weak network...still P2P...Dedicated servers already.
