No one has an honest clue right now how X1X will sell. That being said...the MAJOR flaw with this title is that yes....gamers buy consoles based on content...HOWEVER, the VAST MAJORITY of games sold are NOT exclusives. Even if Sony can boast some exclusives that rate very well on metacritic, MOST do not have mass appeal at all. Prior to X1X there was a debate on where to play mutliplats...PS had better graphics and FPS at times, where as X1 had better network/UI/Controller...with X1X that...

You can tell the fear is real...its not necessary for it to be a PS5 with those specs to ask if "in theory" can it do it.
I don't care which sells more...I'm looking forward to the X1X and don't even own a PS4 anymore...I sold it for X1X funds. PS doesn't have enough exclusives I "must have"..there's a few I might play on my brother's PS4, but instead I'll be playing all the exclusives and Multiplats on X1X....happily.

Well that wasn't the question and cost to value ratio seems MUCH higher on X1X. It's looking like to find a comparable PC you'd have to spend 3xs as much....not worth it (esp as X1X gets cheaper and more optimized).
I can't find a single reason to buy a PS4 Pro over an X1X. NOT saying someone SHOULDN'T get a Pro, just if it was either/or...hands down X1X. Even if not optimized for X1X...every multiplat game will perform better on multiple fronts. PS has some interesting exclusives, but nothing "must have" enough to make me grab a Pro over an X1X. To be fair....as a multi platform gamer.....every multiplat game might as well be exclusive. Best graphics/fps, best network, best controller, best UI....there is seriously no category where PS4 is the better place to play...they lost their only advantage. If you ONLY have a PS4....sure....but if you have both....why would you ever play a non exclusive game on PS4?

I don't hate PS. It's clear you didn't read what I wrote and your just seeing what you want to see. I'm just saying that X1X is going to provide me with more than enough to keep me busy and owning a PS at the moment doesn't provide enough value for me to outweigh the trade in credit I got for it. Maybe in the future I'll get another...right now it just doesn't provide enough "must have" to replace anything I can do on X1X
