I think that it was a very honest opinion piece that outlined a large part of the XB1's problems that do need to be addressed at GamesCon.
Infinity Ward: PC Call of Duty Will Look Better Than Next-Gen One. Hardly surprising as pc`s are the platforms that most games get developed on before begin ported over to consoles. Bit of a lame article really.
Pictures don't hold much wait with most gamers. Show us a video of the console in action instead, then you'll start getting more interest.

IMO, Microsoft are steering a rudderless ship without Bill Gates still being in charge. And that's about as truthful as you can get.
Ever since Bill took the back seat in the board room(after XP release) things have been going down hill with the exception of XB360 & Win7 which I personally feel have been the only two good things in recent years.
Since then we've had WinVista-FLOP!, Win8-FLOP!, WinTablets-FLOP!, WinPhones-FLOP! and now they are heading for yet anoth...
I know a few ppl whom have gone out and brought Samsung TV's with similar built in features for waving there hands around in the air to change volume or swipe through channels. Those very same ppl a month later stopped using those features simply because it was easier and quick using the remote.
The new Kinect will go the same way, you will use it for a short while, then grow tired of it or just simply forget about because we've all been using controllers since the bloody daw...

@venomacr, to say that you don't care if the rest of the world doesn't get the console until 2017 show that you clearly have no sense about worldwide business economics. MS just like Sony want to make back as much money + more and as quickly as possible, in order to justify the millions that they spend in producing these console. American market alone doesn't make up for that. And neither does the japanese market.

MS have screwed up yet again. By delaying the release of the XB1 in these country's they not only are they handing this gen to Sony and the ps4, but they hurt their own sales targets and that of the devs whom have channelled millions into producing games for their console. I remember when I first played cod on my PC. I was amazed at how good cod 1 + cod:uo was compared to Medal of Honor at the time. Then cod 2 just blew me away, cod 4 was the ultimate benchmark and cod:waw was fantastic simply because it was the first cod where you could actually blow someone's limbs off. MS did themselves no favours what-so-ever with their TV TV TV SPORTS SPORTS TV ADS TV approach with the XB1.
Its a fact that here in the UK, they only went for talks with TV channel makers like SKY and Virgin media, yet still have nothing at all with either. Mainly due to compatibility issue I suspect its because the XB1 has been designed for the American audience mainly.
