While your statement may be true, you forgot about 2 rather important aspects.
1. The PS4 Camera is not being forced upon people by being pre-packaged along side the console. As opposed to M$, whom also feel the need too charge you more for what is obviously a lesser system in terms of hardware.
2. Isn't basic voice chat and video calling all that your really going to be doing with the Kinect anyway? Sure, it will be fun for the fi...

Truth is, we are so close to the end of this Gen with consoles, that Dev's are subbing out their work to small groups and working on the Next Gen releases.
Look at the latest Batman game and this years CoD for proof on that! Look at the back of the game cases and you'll see the names of some company's, who most ppl will say.... 'who the f*&^ are they'?!?

Don't you mean the difference between CoD1 and 2? As I recall CoD2 and CoD4:MW used the same game engine, with 4 having upgraded texture and lighting effects.
Now CoD1 vs CoD2, now there was a real diff...

Batman Arkham Origins has a really good storyline!!!
WHAT!!! I thought it was the weakest story of all of the arkham games. Really disappointed that RockSteady didn't get to carry on with their own vision for the series as there were enough plot threads in AC to carry over into a sequel. For example the guy whom you play catch with using the batarang. I personally feel that, that would have been better.

Personally I would only give it a 7/10. Same graphics, engine, physics models, hell! even half the map is a reskin of a previous arkham title!
Felt let down by this game. Rocksteady should have been allowed to finish off this series, instead of WB taking the cheap option for profit.

The hardware upgrade that you are referring to was the removal of the 10% safety overhead of the CPU. For example, say that you have a chip that is listed as a 2.4ghz, in actual fact it is really a 2.6ghz chip which has been 'tuned down' by the manufactor to give you increased stability over performance. MS asked for the overhead to be removed for increased performance over stability.
