I don't make many comments myself but wccftech.com is a really reputably website. I think we all need to take a step back and relax. I get it, we all want our system to be the biggest, most bad ass thing ever. The PS3 was that it failed hard, Sony learned, and changed. MS learned and changed. This time around its going to be bad ass to see them go head to head, for real. The fact they are both doing things so weird and different is a boon to us all.
Warhawk was amazing, I'd love to see the resistance series come back. The Co-op in the second one was amazing. Just needed more TLC the games story and characters is all.
You know I never thought about that...
Really damn good question to ask Sony. Yes, they do need to answer what happens to that.
I kind of wanted to point out something. I don't know if you all remember the PS3 gen and Xbox 360 but the world was going though a massive recession then you know Sony's *Get another job* comment on the $600 price tag to afford one. Thats part of the reason that generation lasted what 10 damn years? We are seeing this happen again with the Virus stuff. I honestly would not be shocked if both PS5 and Xbox do poor at launch, people who are loosing jobs and $$ have other needs then a ga...
@Echo_ and others.
I understand your point about popularity but that is a big factor on what the ‘lead’ dev platform is. Also PS4 has a lot of Exclusives that are only so due to the massive install base. It does matter quite a lot. More so if you enjoy games from Japan.
If you don’t then, sweet, more power too you.
What I care most about Xbox is that I don’t need one with MS, I can do it all on PC. In fact if you guys all remember…. Ga...
Axonometri
I remember the PS3 days where it did crazy ass shit, XDR Ram, the Cell.. and all that kind of stuff and to this day it sill is kind of a master piece of engineering. But it never did translate in to good 3rd party games only good first party.
Right now it seems like this, I saw this other comparison some other guy made saying the PS5 is like a Cheetah and the Xbox a Lion. One is faster one is more powerful but both are apex predictors and do th...
Been waiting for this for a long time..
I was just the other day watching Linus tech tips show on this. I really wanted the 'speculation' to not be true though as time goes on, and it very much has... more colors to the picture are being showed. This is such a strong arm move from Nvidia to suffocate AMD's building competition to them.
Here is a question, if I got a system from company X and they no longer offer AMD products or re brand to only support Nvidia, how does that effect my warranty? Will I...
Ya I now what you mean... not sure what it is but some of the Indy games don't feel as complete in that regard. I feel like myself and many others look back on the PS2 Era (FYI not counting Xbox out or anything) and I felt I had more fun then, then well today.. I mean Armored Core Silent Line had this thing you could Train an AI AC and then fight it in the arena and use it on missions and such.. so many cool game mechanics I don't see anymore.. I kind of feel the 3D art of games and t...
I have so far too go...
Ever play Gungriffon Blaze? II rather liked that game. But yes games of those type kind of tapered off.. I miss Armored Core during the Agetec days.. Mech Assault is gone.. no Chromehounds...Steel Battalion got washed out with what ever you want to call that last one.. Front Mission died.. I'm sad.
Yes you understand...
4, 4, 4, 4. Ace Combat Four.
Glad to see this finally launch. One of the first games from North Dakota.
Ya just one USB port on the back would have been nice. I mean you can get a USB hub and such but it just seems like 2 is a little low. Its not a major issue, Just would be a nice addition.
Ya that is the thing. With Win 10 and MS's new more focused approach to PC related things it could happen. I mean, part of me is alright with it since AMD needs the help. AMD has good chips, there APU's are advancing well and I feel beat most of Intel's onboard gpu solutions. Also AMD has decent Server chips and what not. AMD's mistake was buying ATI, that combination has never really done them much good as it put them up against Nvidia along with Intel. Fact of the mater is i...
I don't really see this getting approved. MS can try to buy them all they want but at the end of the day the US Gov has to give the alright to do so. With that said MS does not have the best track record when it comes to taking in hardware companies. I think if anything they are just probing to see where AMD's thoughts are at. IF an offer like this was serious my CNN Money app would be freaking out. Till it is talked about on main stream financial news it really should be taken with a...
Not sure why we can't just use our headset. Kind of a sad misstep. I would guess this will change some time after the update is released.
This is important. Every year we hear how mad gamers get about E3 when stuff is 'leaked' then complain the event was not good. Marketers, Game Devs, And the publishers all spend a lot of time energy and $$ to build up for a reveal be it E3 or not. Leaks tend to take that thunder away, and just creates a circle of BS for everyone.
I'm more exited for this game then Last of Us, I don't know why but everyone in my circle of friends want this game badly, gives me a Last Samurai feel. We are really over due for this type of game.
