"Sony are dropping exclusives on PC fairly strategically. Such as Horizon, God of War, and even Spider-Man prior to the release of their respective sequels. Sony isn't hoping to convert PC gamers to Playstation, but rather just purchase a PS5 to play the sequels."
Not sure if you saw my other comment, but its both that and the fact the pipelines are very different. You are right they are being smart about it but also I feel they have given quality when they do...
I don't think MS should have got crap for that, the main thing is Xbox runs a version of Windows as its OS and what do most people on PC play on, Windows. If I remember right Sony uses a type of Linux custom OS that is made to interface with there studios game engines. Consider the fact this is the first time, ever we seen any Sony games on PC, something no one thought that would happen is a good thing? MS has had Halo on PC for years, Gearbox did the old 1 and 2 ports of it back in the d...
Did Returnal numbers every get posted? I feel that type of game would really appeal to the PC player. Bullet hell games and such are very popular on PC. They don't sell too much in the first place but then again they don't cost $300 million to make.
"not likely most ps games on pc break past 1 million number they spend more money fixing shody ports like tlou on pc"
To be honest I'm not disagreeing with you on the TLOU port, that was done by the same guys that did the Batman PC port and that was kind of shit too, thing is Sony has a great track record of updating and fixing things on PC the best they can as fast as they can, I play on an ultra wide and thus far there games on PC have supported it very well...
I'm excited to see how much more devices like this and others continue to grow. I think now days the chipsets and faster storage, ram, ect is low enough in cost that its at least attainable to a decent volume of consumers. Gosh, not sure if you remember the old Motorola days where you could get a tablet to dock your phone in and that damn thing was a POS, and it cost above $1000, things have come a long way and are like, good if you enjoy that. I wish this and the Steam Deck was around in...
To be fair, so has many other companies aka Ubisoft for example and many of them they decided to end development on. Just because something is in the works does not mean it will release if they do not feel it will pan out. ATM all of the GaaS we know of from Sony are The Last of Us Factions, and some kind of Horizon (Monster Hunter like) game. Also keep in mind, they do own Bungie, and Destiny and there new project be it Destiny 3 and there new IP will likely be that. So just that on its own ...
Just for fun.... Epic Games, you know the makers of Unreal..
As of April 2022, the company is valued at $32 billion on its recent funding round in April 2022.
They could have got or tried to get them. Then at least have a good competent game engine they could use and help develop on while getting $$$ from every Unreal game sold.
I still don't understand how the largest software company in the world still does not have anything close...
MS has a long history of breaking anti trust laws, getting away with it and then having to settle for a fine. They do it all the time. Sadly even fines of up to a billion is still pennies for them. This is all much more about MS as a company and not just about the game industry. Here is a decent example.

I scratch yours...
It's alright, you are a very kind sir none the less.
I want some down votes too, can you guys give me some of yours? Sharing is caring, unless your Microsoft.
I would suck to go in to war and get... a blue screen of death.... literally.
I want this to be the most down voted comment. Sorry for my dark sense of humor.
Few might remember this but back in the PS3 days they tried a rewards program like this. Everyone who was in it got a black shirt in blue text in Japanese that said, "Thank you for trying our failed program"
Please god. That or Chromehounds.
I have to agree with you, both Sony and MS I feel missed a chance for that. I can't tell you how many times people complain about lack of support on both the Sony and MS side. Sure MS does it better but to be honest they both kind of suck.
I just hope it focuses heavy on single player and co op none of the competitive crap that ruined the last games. IO just want a monster of a mech experience, and all that great AC music building and game play. This better have the most parts of any AC game.
This is BS the party system is now total ass, go try it for yourself. Better yet go read the backlash on the PS blog.
Funny enough they did that on PS3.. I was in the Rewards thing and they decided to not go though with it. Everyone that was part of it got a T-shit in Japanese saying "Thank you for trying our Failed Program." I wish they would bring it back.
First thing I thought was... with the side panals is you could easy buy 'after market ones' that are black.. reminds me of how easy the 360 Face Plates where to remove and get cool designs. Trust me there will be 3rd party sites where you can make your own designs and have them shipped to you... it seems made for it.
I agree, and its dumb an unfair to everyone. First off MS was making PC games long before they made the Xbox. Where in reverse Sony only really ever did Playstation games and now are opened up to PC. A HELL of alot of that is the fact both are now using not some weird chips but all x86 and this gen the two systems are closer to a PC then anything, for a long time Sony had this thing with custom chips (still do kind of for some things) but nothing like it use to be. (coughs Cell) MS has been d...
