i'd say you could compare them as being open world superhero reviews with metascores like that, end of the day it's down to individual opinion which u prefer (if of course u prefer 1 over the other)

i love zipper for socom 1+2. MAG was good but got boring quickly.
Just because i enjoyed and supported Zipper through the original socom's doesn't mean i need to play some boring fps by them
it's not all about player count though is it, it's about weapon balance, map balance, glitches in the maps, loadouts etc etc

I dunno what people are crying about. Each year gametrailers gives out awards based on 'their opinions' and each year people complain that it wasn't the same opinion as theirs, not to mention these are all games gametrailers got to see and play, unlike a large portion of you guys.
End of the day it's THEIR OPINION so stop crying about it

will give this another go but when i played earlier i just really couldn't get into it. the game just feels dated imo and the mp just wasn't v fun.

Sucks for those wanting the dlc but for me personally HR was an excellent rental game but not worth the buy even with the replayability.
Problem was, because i got so sucked into the story i completed the game in 1 sitting. I played through a few more times trying out different scenarios but they didn't alter things too much, some were cool however.
The point is, the game begged to be played in 1 sitting + a few more playthroughs, therefore despite buying...
It is a cool idea. even if they can only fulfull a few requests it certainly gives the community confidence that sony does listen to what the gamers want
I know fanboys wanna debate over which is better, kinect or move, but at the end of the day neither are out for a few months yet and kinect hasn't got a price yet anyway.
I'm the sort of person who does like to pre order stuff but i don't see the point in doing it now. I might as well wait until nearer the time

will be keeping an eye on things though. snapped up L4D2 the other day, a game i wasn't sure about buying after buying the first and barely playing it. Got it with a few mates though and its a lot of fun. Single player is boring as hell but co-op is great
I'm sure it is good value for money but at the moment there is nothing i'm interested in. Imo the big thing this first month is wipeout HD and LBP (free when purchased between 2 dates, can't remember when though) but i already own both of those games.
In the future i'm sure i'll subscribe though, most likely the month a game i really wanna play gets discounted or given away for free
I remember playing an old dance mate game at a mates house and it was a bit of a laugh but it was his sisters. The point is, i think for a lot of 'gamers' it's fun to mess around with but most people wouldn't actually buy a dance game.
They you have kinda the girl gamers who steal their brothers ps2 to play a dance game, but then i think they'll find a game like dance dentral too hard.

very true. I dunno how it happened, maybe gradually the media began to mark games slightly higher, but it does feel like now even games that get 8/10 are labelled as poor by some ppl, then again i think a lot of this is just fanboys being fanboys and not a true reflection of how people feel about a game
It's a fun little game with mates but i don't get why they are giving it away now when it's pretty old lol
