sounds cool but would have been better if they did it like in L4D where the cog are other players rather than ai. At least it sounds like they'll just be ai?
they don't call this forza 4 at all. in the video 1 of the first things they say is "we're not giving this an official title, this is a verticle slice, it's a work in progress"
Very true. When i heard rumors about psn+ i felt i'd be willing to pay if it was worth it, but honestly, right now it doesn't really offer anything i want. I'm quite happy to stick with my existing free service which does enough for what i want.
Even though I wouldn't argue with the ds ruling the handheld market there's still nearly 60mil psp's out there. I know that's nothing in comparison to the ds, but it's still 60mil customers.
I do have a feeling we may see a psp2 released at TGS in a bid to compete with the 3ds though, perhaps in 3d also seeing as how sony has been pushing 3d lately
very true. although this only fixes what was wrong with the past 360 models, whats wrong with that? touch wood my 360 doesn't die again soon, but when it does it'll be out of warrenty. At least now i know there is a new slick 360 to pick up. Really like the look of this model and good news if the fan is a lot quieter. I'd never dream of watching dvd's on my current 360 cus of the noise.
It's a surprise after all of Gabe's comments but in terms of the actual game itself, ff is bigger becuase of it always being a playstation brand and the accounement came out of nowhere. I think after Gabes comments we all knew valve couldn't ignore the ps3 forever with the increase in sales for the platform. Seems the decided to spend some time and got to learn the system.
Your comment was just as bad if not worse. Ali made a valid point... arn't you interested in what it is that makes the ps3 version better? or do u just care that it is better, regardless of what makes it better?
not too bad tbh. That works out around £50 in the UK. Would have preffered a little cheaper but a game is £40 and a dualshock 3 costs £35 so in line with sony's other products it seems about right.
would kind of defeat the point of 'controller free gaming' then i guess
his hands dont seem to match up when making the turns
yeh the playstaion eye + wand + demo disc is around $100
Move is essentially around the same price as the current dualshock 3
@T9X69 you don't get the sub controller with that package which is annoying cus i'll prob need it for the sorts of games i wanna play
looks pretty cool. after sony's press conference i'm convinced i want move. Might not pick it up at launch though but wait until socom releases. Am tempted to get it for tiger woods though. If i ever bought a wii i'd of bought tiger woods for it but now i get to play it with better accuracy and graphics, it's an obvious choice for me
lmao @ confusing the film with the game
wasn't dead space 2 move as well? or just extraction with the limited edition? hard to tell but would have thought dead space 2 was well suited to move
This was the strongest nintendo for a long time imo. I've never been much of a fan for nintendo games but i must say i was impressed. Sony just edged it though imo with a killer line up + some nice little surprises such as portal 2 and humor from KB
it's more of a 'stock' statement that people read too much into imo
TGS most likely where they can unveil it to more the potential audience imo.
I mean i'm surprised not to see anything at E3, but people only presumed it would be here because of rumors...
Deffo agree, would have liked to of seen some new titles and gameplay of existing titles such as Agent and last guardian but was good over all with some nice shocks such as portal 2.
and i do agree about the talking. Sony have a killer line up and a ton of games they could have shown wernt. I reckon they could have easily filled the 2 hours just with content
was pretty damn funny tbh
doing the conversion from dollers makes this sound about right. a tad more expensive than i would have liked but in comparison to most other sony peripherals seems about right. I mean a dualshock 3 is sold for £40 although you can get it for £35 in most places.
also arguably the closest competitor, the wiimote + motion plus pack costs £45
