tbh if its limited edition and the only way of getting it was by pre order (i.e. u can't buy this toy from a toystore) then i would have kept it in its box and who knows a few years down the line it could be worth something but hey i'm 20 so don't really play with remote control cars (tanks lol) anymore

I ended up getting it on 360 since i wanted to avoid the framerate isseus and freezing bug of the ps3 version. its a great game but its got plenty of graphical glitches here and there (like ps3 and pc versions) but over all this is an amazing game so whatever platfrom you own buy it and ejoy it :D

This metacritic thing is so pathetic. And its people from both 360 and ps3 doing this in some 'war' well i don't really see what it's achieving. LBP is going to sell really well, gow2 is going to sell really well, Resistance 2 .... you get the idea. So i'm not entirely sure what fanboys get from ding this. I do feel embaressed for them though.

although the graphics are really good etc i don't believe it is much an advancement, if an adavancement at all on crysis. its annoying that they don't say what set up they used. that way i'd know roughly what setting i could play this on which would make my decision on whether to buy this for pc or 360 (pc is obv better but not if mine isn't up to the job)
basically if you've got a decent enough rig then get it for pc
if you are lucky enough to own both a ps3 and 360 (like me :D) then get the 360 version
If you're a ps3 only owner, buy it anyway!
ps3 may be the inferior version for this game but unless you're making comparisons then i'm sure it's a game worth playing regardless of what platfrom you play it on.

i would get this on pc but i've only got an 8600GTS which is the only thing really letting me down. So it will prob look either the same or possibly run worse than the console versions.

well with blu-rays they can store more but it takes longer to read from them so thats why with some games in order to have a decent load time an install helps since it can read the data from the hdd (which is about the same speed as reading from a dvd) thus multi-plat games have the same load times on 360 and ps3 due to this install on the ps3 version.

Maybe because i'm not v religious myself but i don't fully understand the problem. To muslims it may be God's word but why is it a bad thing that their gods word is being spread? I'm surprised there wasn't trouble concerning the song whenever it was written but now its in a video game then its a no no. Well i played the 360 version and loved it. When all of this kicked up i decided to download the ps3 demo to have a look myself. its been a while since i played the 360 version but the demo played fine. the bad texture on the big daddy was there but its on a dead one hidden behind a waterfall. only if you go behind there to look at it will you see the texture. everything else looks fine imo. just hope it doesn't deter (sp?) people from playing this version if they haven't already played the g...
tbh though ms paid alot for this content and when it comes out it could be complete crap but the promice of dlc most likely swayed ppl to buy for 360 if they had both consoles. I ended up getting it on ps3 to play with my mates online but aint touched in months and looks like i didn't miss out by not getting the 360 version.
