yeh considering theres 40 mil wii, 28 mil 360's, 20 mil ps3 and then all the ps2's, xbox's etc, god knows how many pc gamers... 20,000 isn't really a good number of people.

It's not too far fetched tbh. The point of MS getting exclusive dlc is obviously so people bought GTAV on the 360 if they had a choice (which sales figures show) and also make a profit on all the downloads of the dlc.
Thats done now so i don't see what they would gain from it being exclusive rather than timed exclusive.

I've heard of the name cus they're the guys behind Wolfenstein: enemy territory, which i still think is 1 of the best free pc games out there, hell i really wouldn't have minded paying for it.
was really looking frwd 2 socom on next gen consoles, was glad they were focusing on single player only since that's the reason ppl bought socom games but then they completely screw it up - Europe still hasn't got this game yet! but from what i've heard the American version is just a buggy mess (+ i played the beta and know how bad that was)

yeh in all fairness a lot of game devs use pre-rendered scenes when a games first announced. In fact it's very rare that a game doesn't. The whole point is to grab your attention, give you an idea of what the games about and then a bit later down to line you start to get into the actual gameplay.
halo's like cs in the sense that it's 1 of these games that will always be popular and competitive. It wouldn't surprise me if alot bought 360's and only played halo. I remember buying an original xbox just to play halo 2 with my mates. I only bought like 3 other games for the thing haha
Uncharted 2 is looking good as too does GOW3. Heavy Rain i'm not sold on, bu who knows could be a great different game in amongst all the shooters on the market. Infamous. I'd probably get prototype to be honest, but really neither of these titles interest me that much.

the video isn't very good quality but going off of other pictures/ videos it seems there is very little difference graphically. Perhaps the 360 version just edges it but the graphics isn't what will help me choose (since there isn't much diff).
Going to wait a bit to see if 1 version is buggier/ bad frame rates compared to the other. I'm tempted by the ps3 version providing theres no problems with framerate though, due to enjoying trophies more than achievements.

Agree with a fair few points tbh but i'm glad theres no vehicles. just wouldn't suit the play style of kz at all. If i want vehicles in multi-player i'll play a game that specialises in them e.g. Battlefield. Tanks in COD5 are a classic example of sticking vehicles in a multiplayer game that doesn't need them. No1 played with them on competitively thats for sure.
Also altho team stacking can be super annoying at times it's also really nice to join a game with a few friends and go...
Even if Killzone uses certain techniques to show shadows meaning they're not 'real' etc etc why does that matter when the game looks and plays great.
Essentially this article is having a go at the way killzone has done things. But why does this matter in the slightest. Whether a shadow is 'real' or not doesn't matter providing it looks real? or am i completely missing the point here haha

I'll keep it short. Nearly all halo fans buy the games to play online. If they're playing online then obviously they have access to the store, so why the hell wouldn't they download the demo as soon as it was available???
Its a serious insult to suggest gamers wouldn't know what game they were buying when there's plenty of info about it as well as a demo!
