im just pointing out the irony that last week i asked if the bonus game would be on disc, and people were ripping into me, saying it was the most stupidest thing they ever heard to expect the game to come on a disc.
now a week later, its coming on a disc.
just thought id point it out so all those who ridiculed me can enjoy a nice big slice of humble pie.
point is, this time last week i was being verbally abused for making such an 'idiotic' suggestion that the game should be on a disc.

now they will be short changed when the game comes to the west. if they actually demanded a physical copy maybe we would get one.

for the next mario kart its time to take it to the next level... its time to include characters from other nintendo games.

not everyone wants to download a game. not everyone can download a game. a physical disc is a win/win situation.
nintendo are only robbing the west of the actual disc to cut costs. and people defend it. laughable.
practically every football fan will want to buy the latest fifa game. not having the game on wiiu is a monumental loss. it means all those millions of football fans will DEFINITELY buy a ps4/x1 instead.
FIFA almost always tops the charts, has done since the 90's.
if nintendo cant even secure a fifa game for wiiu (which is supposed to be for core gamers) then there is no hope.

FIFA games are huge in europe, not bringing the game to nintendos main console is a nail in wiiu's coffin. heck, at this point the coffin lid is already nailed shut, this is now throwing mud on the coffin.

I think nintendo are trying too hard to reinvent gaming. they are trying to create niches for themselves so they can control a part of the market.
that approach worked with wii because the market needed that breath of fresh air. but the novelty wore off quick.
people just see it as a gimmick now, and wiiu is no different. nintendo are beating a dead horse with all these gimmicky games. people dont like it, people dont want it- the sales figures speak for them...
making OTHERS believe in the wiiu.

no developer wants a game in production for 8 years, and anyone who believes a 8 year production cycle is 'ideal' is delusional and perhaps a bit stupid.
heck, the current tallest building in the world- Burj Khalifa, was built in 6 years! oh, but they are making a game thats taking longer, and its still not out, or even got footage to show its making good progress.

the wiiu is in serious trouble now. i dont think mario kart 8 has saved the wiiu sales wise, and smash bros, the only other game coming soon that can save the wii wont be here until xmas.
