The number of titles coming to PSVita + PS4 suggests the two platforms have a lot in common, which just shows how forward-thinking the Vita was
How about to go along with this, Red Dead Redemption (1) coming to Vita?
Buy this game. PC, PlayStation or otherwise. Just do it. (seriously)
I'm sure PS4 is being well-received in Japan, but the "wild cheering" I saw on the livestream was all hilariously canned applause :-)
From the mix of impressions I'm hearing I'm starting to wonder if this will end up being a turn off to COD/BF players, but will end up pulling in the FPS-casual players out there, because of the sense of empowerment they get.
Hate getting shot and not killing anything? Here, take on some minions. Hate getting killed by headshots? Here, ride in a Titan for a little while.
This is interesting to me because the expectation going in was this would chip...
This game sure does look stunning. That said, when it inevitably gets the same high marks for its 360 version (since most reviews seem to disregard technical prowess), how much can it possibly sell new consoles?
I suppose no one would ever want to make demos for their games, free trials via PS+, or disc rentals via GameFly then either?
So the Sony fanboys have Antonio Banderas, the Microsoft fanboys have... Hitler?
So for this game, at least, the PS4 at its worst (33fps) is better than Xbox One at its best (30fps)?
Okay, can we finally stop reporting on what this guy says now?
Cool. Let's just hope they don't continue their current, confusing trend and call it "Wii V"
Sony seemed to point out a few times that the future isn't "in the cloud" or "in the box", but in the content.
I hope they continue to live by this principle.
"It works better if you cover it with a wet towel first. THAT’S the real secret."
I hope that's not a waterboarding joke, because that's no laughing matter either
I think it's somehow fitting that the PS4 gets an exclusive stealth mission while Xbox One gets an action shoot-em-up.
No Kinect and no single-player: The very definition of the stereotypical Xbox crowd.
What are these two artists' affiliation with Xbox One or Microsoft? Deadmau5 was on SoundShapes, but I am not aware of any connection to gaming beyond that.
They might just be straight trolling, but I set them up with that question (@paulg2000 on Reddit) to see what they would do. Both devs (a) answered the question, and (b) did it in a joking manner. So basically...
CONFIRMED??
Is it just me or is this game starting to resemble a zombie-themed lawn mowing simulator?
Based on the angle of that latest tech demo, I think the next game from Quantic Dream will be a comedy. Which will most certainly be a surprise, considering the tone of their previous games.
Will Infamous: Second Son be enough to prevent pointless articles like this from being written about the PS4 game library?
