Yeah, I really don't think the game is worth the 9's it's been receiving, my brother bought it last night, and it's VERY underwhelming.
But a 2 out of 4?? Now that's cold. A 3 out of 4 (75%)would be more acceptable.
All in all I think it deserves a solid 8. Nothing more.

If you want to buy a dozen games a year at full price without the ability to transfer those songs to one "Master Game" so to speak, then buy Guitar Heroes. You obviously have a lot of money to piss away and don't mind.

On the other hand though, they're good with their customers (for the most part) when the RROD emerges and have spent billions on replacements and repairs. Kudos to M$ for that one. I remember when my launch PS2 broke with the dreaded disc read error... Sony wouldn't even replace it and were going to charge me for the repair.
