I tend to avoid games with loads of multiplayer trophies just for that reason. I'm far too much of a completionist and not being able to get an online trophy just because of either needing sheer luck or a ridiculous amount of kills (Resistance 2...) just frustrates me.
I still need the online trophy for Killzone Mercenary where you get hit by a tranq gun and manage to revive before anyone else kills you. It is nigh on impossible to do this without boosting because 1) barely anyo...
I know the feeling, I loved the GE:Burst on PSP and am desperate for this to come to the west. Thankfully it's a Namco Bandai game and they have a pretty good record of localising games. If it were a Sega game it would of been a whole other issue lol
WANT!!!
Remote Play is an amazing feature, truly next gen! I absolutely love my Vita for the hardware, games and OLED :) but once I got my PS4 it took on a whole new life lol.
The amount of times, in the past, that I had to turn a game off because my wife wanted to watch something on TV, and now all I do is say 'sure', pause the game on PS4 and carry on with the Vita.
Whilst I definitely agree with what you are saying (our community does need to play something before judging it!!) I bet quite a lot of the people criticizing Keifer played MGS:Ground Zeroes and formed an opinion from that.
Tbh I am a MASSIVE fan of the MGS series, and while I appreciate Keifer is a brilliant actor I didn't particularly enjoy his performance in that game. I also didn't like that the game focused more on action than stealth this time around, but I d...
It's N4G fanboy click bait, nuff said...
Exactly, especially after all the 'thanks for beta testing the game for us, console peasants' comments on N4G I don't think many of them would have taken kindly to the game being broken... some of us console owners would have been quite smug though lol
That video made me want to drink some milk....
Europe NEEDS to get this sale, our sales are TERRIBLE compared to the American ones. Hopefully it gets announced today
As soon as it goes up on the playstation store i'm downloading it immediately!!
I agree with you on Yakuza 4, I can remember pretty much all of the story from Yakuza 3 (loved it!! and finally platinumed it a couple of weeks ago, found a guide to help me out on the ex.hard batting cage but still took about 3hrs non-stop trying lol) but all I really remember from Yakuza 4 was the fighting.
I'm gonna go back through it again before Yakuza 5 releases though so i'm ready for it :)
Am I just imagining things or did this article get posted earlier this week? I'm sure I read about this game on here recently...
I was one of them who imported and I've never looked back, not sure how I managed without it lol. I think it cost me about £80, which sounds a lot, but I have 70games all on the one memory stick (mix of indies, AAA Vita titles, PS1 and PSP games). Definitely worth the investment!
Importing your online character ONLY affects GTA Online, you can still play the story mode and complete side missions without importing a thing. In fact, you CAN'T transfer your story mode progress from PS3/360 to PS4/XB1 so you have to start that again anyway.
Freedom Wars/Toukiden/God Eater > Monster Hunter too :)
All of them are quicker, more fun, inventive, and have offline co-op with intelligent AI. I love Monster Hunter (haven't bought one since it went to Ninty though, I don't like any of their games and I've been burned before by buying a console just for one game...) but the PSP games just feel insanely slow and cumbersome compared to the above mentioned games
Let's hope Monster Hunter is the next one, that game still has the same textures from the PS2 days and needs to come back to its true home, be updated to HD, and have decent online co-op!
The possibilities for that series using up-to-date hardware are endless!!
Further to gantarat's comment, the Asian version of RE HD has English subs, and possibly English dub (i'm on a work PC that won't let me open the link, but I know it definitely has English on it in some capacity)
Definitely glorified DLC. Funny thing is I've got a few mates who own Wii U's, 3DS and are desperately hunting Amiibos pretty much every day of the week...but these are the same people who don't buy DLC because it costs too much for barely any content but think it's perfectly fine to buy a plastic model with a tiny chip inside that has barely any effect on the game for at least £10+...
Same difference, but you just can't explain it to Nintendo fans....
I don't understand the need for the 'spoiler' tag at the end of the title, it's not like anyone can remember the story from Destiny so there's not a lot to be spoiled, and a lot of the weapons/ships look very similar anyway....
On topic: I'm liking the look of the tactical gear, but not sure if looking like a SWAT unit makes sense when you're fighting on the moon lol
EDIT: I NEED the Plus Stealth Origami ship!!!
It definitely comes down to personal preference, I prefer trophies because of the platinum's. It's a lot easier to see which games you have 100% on PSN than on XBL just by looking at your earned trophies on your profile card.
I did however prefer achievements on the 360, just because you would complete the required action on the PS3 and would be waiting upto 10secs before the trophy popped, making you doubt whether you got it, but the achievements on 360 were instan...
