Same, I've got mine set-up right next to my PS4, just to finish my backlog of games before I fully retire it. Currently finishing Yakuza 4 and Yakuza: Dead Souls before Yakuza 5 releases in Europe but I've still got quite a few other games I only 50% completed....
Space bar still not working?
I'm probably somewhere in the middle of them both to be honest (nowhere near the bad gamer one though :P). I play hardcore games (GTA, JRPGs, Beat 'em ups, racers etc etc), I avoid Nintendo games because they are too cutesy/easy for my tastes (wonder how many stealth disagrees I will get just for that comment lol), and I like games with a story I can get addicted to along with graphics/physics that make your jaw drop, but I can only play for 'casual gamer hours' i.e. less than...
I'm certain I played this game on the Megadrive, followed by a 'remake/collection' on PS2....then a very similar collection on PS3... why do people want the same game remade over and over again?!
I can't load the article (blocked by my work's firewall...) but I would probably pick a couple from each
MGS1: Psycho Mantis and Sniper Wolf (Mantis for originality i.e. reading your memory cards, needing to use controller slot 2) and Sniper Wolf because it was just so tense!
MGS2: Fatman and Solius (Fatman just because... fat man on roller blades drinking champagne and planting bombs on a roof...what's not to like lol. Solidus because of swor...
The ghosts that are floating above the river in the Sorrow 'battle' sap a small part of your health, as does the Sorrow when he fires that weird beam at you (if I remember rightly he might also fly into you, also causing damage). The only way to beat it is to keep walking forward until the end of the stream.
Fun Fact: If you are doing a no kill walkthrough there will be no ghosts apart from the sorrow so it's really easy to beat that one :)
We don't even get the full bundle like the US does though, you can only buy the PS TV by itself :(
If they released the full bundle over here, and at this new discounted price, I would definitely get one!
Please bring it to Europe!! Themes are severely lacking for the Vita outside of Japan :(
I hope this could turn the tide on the price of digital games on PSN/XBL then, as I've gone all digital and am quite happy with doing so, but obviously the masses are not willing to pay the extra price for no box, no manual, no resell value etc.
The key to buying digital games at the moment is buying discounted PSN/XBL top-up cards and saving money that way, it tends to make the games about the same price as physical copies, but hopefully when digital becomes the prefer...
I haven't got an xbox one, but I would assume it only supports HTML5 not flash. PS4 is the same, and pretty much all porn sites & streaming video sites are HTML5 based now anyway and it works a hell of a lot better and quicker than flash did.
Well done Microsoft, that's faptastic news!!
I love the quote just from the intro (I won't even bother reading the full article, reading everyone's comments just shows how bad it is and I don't want to give it another hit):
"It is not a good idea to praise PS4 for its success as it has been made clear that Sony is not afraid to overcharge gamers due to the fact that they love the company."
Wasn't the xbox one more expensive than the PS4? Haven't Microsoft been charging ...
I bought Turok on the PS2 just because it was the closest I could get to a decent dinosaur game (apart from the obvious choice of Dino Crisis on PS1). If a decent Jurassic Park game was made I would buy it in a heartbeat!
As soon as i read the title the first game that came to mind was 'Tales from Jurassic Park?', but a Lego Jurassic Park wouldn't surprise me either...
I used it for Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition, and you would be surprised just how easy it makes the online modes. People playing with Dualshock 3's would turn really slowly to get you but I would be able to line up a headshot with ease with the move. It worked really well for the few hardcore games that supported, just a shame it wasn't used that much as it was 'just a copy of the wiimote'
EDIT: Double Post...
@Peas Hitler was a vegetarian too, EAT SOME MEAT OR OTHERWISE YOU GO ALL GENECIDAL!!!
I noticed that with a couple of my cars, what I tend to do is just as the back begins to slide out really quickly let go of the accelerator and then quickly put it back on (about a fraction of a second between releasing and pressing). It tends to work for me, might work for you too.
Once you download a digital game it is on your HDD forever, no need to worry.
I do however agree with your sentiment if your HDD then fails and you try to redownload it (although some of the services keep the game hidden in the background so people who have already bought it can redownload it but new customers cannot buy it)
My first proper gaming experience was getting a NES for Christmas back in the early 90s, Duck Hunt and Mario Bros on the same cartridge. I loved that thing (still got it as well)
I first got hooked on games when I got a PS1 as a surprise Christmas present a few years after (I had a Saturn at the time, which I really wanted because I loved my cousins Megadrive, but it obviously didn't last that long...). Spyro, Rayman, Tomb Raider, and Toca touring cars bundle then loads...
