They announced the fake date (as in before the “unexpected” delays). Speculation on the actual dates are still as valid as before.
After the reveal trailer, the more they show, the more “only good” it seems.
If the game is not great, I hope they make better design choices next, because visual quality they surely nail.

To me, the over-the-top aspect is a great selling point. But it's a discount / bargain bin too... Really looks like a very fun mod.

I played a lot of them too. This does not seem the most ambitious to me (Resogun, Nex Machina and Alienation) nor the most innovative, judging on how similar it seems to Risk of Rain. Yes, it is not a side-scroller or top down shooter, and it changes a lot... for them.
Apart from that, they are one of my two favorite studios, but this game just seems off to me.
To me it looks no more than decent, which would make it one of the worst Housemarque title.
